  • Africans migrants Tell Afro Americans They Are The Same People. The difference is the time of arrivals.
There are several common misconceptions about migration that are worth addressing. One misconception is that migrants take away jobs from Us native citizens . In reality, studies have shown that migrants often fill labor gaps and contribute to economic growth. Another misconception is that migrants are a burden on social services. However, research indicates that migrants often contribute more in taxes and economic activity than they receive in benefits. It's important to challenge these misconceptions and have informed discussions about migration.

Absolutely, I completely understand where this is coming from. It's natural for individuals to feel frustrated or jealous when they perceive that others are receiving opportunities or benefits that they themselves don't have access to. This can create a sense of disparity and lead to complex emotions. It's important to address these concerns and work towards creating a more equitable society where everyone has equal opportunities. Open and respectful conversations can help bridge these gaps and promote understanding.

This ain't heaven. This is earth. As long as you stool is what it is and your piss is what it is and your skin is what it is, it don't matter the place. A lion in Africa is a lion in America. Superiority complex doesn't add a shade of light to a dark mind. You won't know this till you give birth to a kid who will tell you to get the hell back to Africa because of your black history.

Are you serious? Now, while I do not believe it is a good or necessary thing to be at odds one with another? But try to understand that your pursuit as a Migrant is not the same as the pursuit of those who have been here for hundreds of years trying to recover. It is not the same thing for Uganda to welcome a millionaire as it is for the United States government to be welcoming our brothers displaced by war. I can't expect you to appreciate what we are trying to achieve here because your cause is as much a priority to you as gaining the respect and just due from the American government is for us. Perhaps the conflicts are as a result of different agendas. You believe your cause is important and therefore deserving of all the attention while we believe our cause is equally important and deserving of our attention. For anyone to disavow eithers perspective is to suggest that you believe you are more deserving than the other, this comes off as jealousy, arrogance or just believing yourself or myself to be better than. When in fact that serves only those people in power, keeping us at each other in stead of serving one another. Imagine if the one thing that we as Afrikan americans need is easy for you as Afrikan migrant. What is needed by the Afrikan migrant is easy for the Afrikan american. If we began serving one another instead of fighting, the problem would be solved.

I understand your perspective on this. First, realize you are African first before you are American. Adoption does not mean birth. The base trying to be revealed here is we are all black. Every other sentiment is a sign of lack of understanding the fact that when the dust settles, we are all black.

@@smoothshiloNO!! You are wrong. We are Americans first and illegal aliens are displacing Americans of all colors. They are getting money, free housing and food, clothing, Healthcare, free education (overcrowding our childrens' schools), and crime and disorder is rampant. Americans of all backgrounds and color are fed up. Trump 2024 and FJB.

@triciamills6031 You are aliens first, and the rest, too, are aliens. we simply inherited a land that belonged to other people. It's only unfortunate that some of us came first as slaves who got liberty and stayed behind instead of taking ourselves back to Africa.
