- 2023年7月に行なったセンナメリディオナリスの剪定、剪定した枝の挿し木の様子と、剪定・挿し木から2ヶ月後の株、そして挿し木の様子となります。
センナメリディオナリスの剪定後の枝の出方、伸び方、そして挿し木の方法などご参考になればと思います。
それにしても塊根植物の挿し木は難しいです。
オペルクリカリアパキプス、パキポディウム、アデニウム、どれもイマイチ・・。
次回はオキシベロン水のつけ置き時間、違う発根促進剤を試してみようかな。

So, based on your experience, what gives you the best results for Senna (I mean growing from cuttings)?
how much time it takes?
I don't have much experience, but I did not apply rooting promoter to the branches that were pruned a month ago.
Only strong leaves were removed, and no rooting promoter was applied, just pricked into the soil.
Place it indoors in a place where the LED light will be exposed to sunlight filtering through the trees.
Temperature is 25 degrees to 33 degrees
Six of the seven branches took root in about a month.
From this experience, I think the key is not to activate transpiration.
I will try my hand at English in the future.
偶然、我が家でも昨日センナの挿木はじめました。
同じ条件でも発根しない物が多くて難しそうですね^^;
種類は違いますが今まで挿木発根失敗した事なかったボンバックスやパキラの挿木がこの夏は全く発根しなかったのでやはり植物にとってもキツイ夏なのかもですね
現在挿木中のパキプスとセンナ無事発根して欲しいです
これまで失敗したことのない植物の発根が今年はダメだったんですか。
やっぱり今年の異常な暑さ影響しているのかも知れませんね。
