This level' is by a Japanese maker 'kouki0408' who has the most uncleared levels right now at 4.
Definitely a level that's harder than it looks
The wall jumps out of the doors need to be fast to make these sections work.
The ending is supposed to be a Throw-cancel, groundpound-cancel onto the POW but I'm bad at throw cancels (requires a frame perfect down press 1 frame after throwing POW) so I did it in 2 parts to save me some time recording this.
Potentially not the intended strat for the ending but I couldn't find a way to grab the buzzy while spinning to do a midair. Timer seems pretty tight.
