PRG T10 2022 - LAUNCH

Following on from the success of the PRG 100 Ball Premier League cricket tournament in 2018 and 2019 and after a delay of two years, this year’s tournament has been revamped to offer the teams and spectators an even more action-packed event. The PRG T10 will take place on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th September at the PRG Oval and Markötter Sports Complex.
Nine PRG teams of 12-a-side + a marquee player will take part in a round-robin format with the final taking place on the afternoon of Saturday 10 September. Prize-giving will include acknowledgement of the best performers on and off the pitch.
Each match will consist of 10 overs per side. The tournament has been designed with inclusivity in mind. Therefore, each team will be captained by a 1st XI Team /Gr. 12/Old Boy (A.K.A Marquee player) and the remainder of the squad will feature boys from all age groups selected by the cricket coaching staff. Rules have been designed to protect the younger players and will be shared in due course.
Once again, there will be a much-anticipated auction of our 9 team captains/marquee players on the evening of Tuesday 23 August at 18:00. All parents of participating learners, along with the T10 Premier League teams, are invited to attend and take part in the fun and competitive build-up to the tournament.
