Don't worry, I won't stop this. There were only many stops waiting for glue and filler to dry and I was on hollidays. And of course the family wants to have some time.

Hello from Canada Michael, I have very much enjoyed and most importantly learned a lot of interesting skills and techniques you have been teaching to all of us on your You Tube audience . Your teaching skills are very complete and detailed. It`s always important for the ``Master`` to show his students he is human (Head bounding on the project) LOL!!! I too am working on a Boeing 737 800 NGX flight simulator project, but due to space restrictions (8ft x 8ft) room I have to be very creative in scale. I look forward in viewing and learning in more of your video`s. Cheers Gary

What dimension on the construction wood for your Quarter-Sill?

To use dowels get a set if dowel centers, Drill a hole in one part, insert dowel center of the correct size of the hole in to the hole you just drilled and push the two parts together. The point on the dowel center will mark the second part where you should drill. Just make sure you drill the holes at right angles to the faces to be joined

I thought exactly about this method which I've used in other situations. But somehow I thought this couldn't work because of the angles in two directions. Maybe I was just wrong.
