Thanks for the video. I recently started doing Nordic curls as part of my rehab (my legs got weak due to muscle atrophy from my ankle surgery). it is a very challenging movement but it’s also nice to see my strength and control get significant better through the process.
Thank you for the nice clear progression video of this. I played soccer in college, but my career was always off and on because of a torn hamstring and multiple pulls after that. I'm in my 30's now and the pulls still happen on occasion. I can't wait to start trying this and extend my chances of playing soccer and other explosive sports longer
Great video. Thank you for the tips and the band recommendations. You ought to include specific recommendation and link to them for an affiliate commission from Amazon or another online retailer.
@@Brotherfaris I've seen videos on here of people progressing by doing them everyday. Do you think every other day (when not sore) is ok in the beginning? I'm just beginning and am only able to extend halfway and push myself back up. So I don't feel like I'm getting a good hamstring workout from it.
Great progression.Thank you for that. Stumbled across your video...may l ask what sports you do? Pulling those hammies 9 times sounds brutal. All the best!
I would try to incorporate RDL as well. Just work within the range you have and start with some slow tempo, this will help to stretch and strengthen them
Around 4-5 months but I actually wasnt practicing nordics specifically, I was doing a bunch of other hamstring work because I dealt with a torn hamstring
This is the best video for Nordic curls. Thanks

Great video. Some of the best tips I’ve seen on how to master this exercise. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the content, at least I find an useful path I can follow to achieve this interesting exercise
Thank you for being realistic. And for all the details!
Excellent video, Excellent advice.

Also curious about your progress as I have the same problem as you, wish you the best
Amazing video brother! Quality is getting better every time!
Trying to get to your level brother!
nice. I jus got a Nordstick and can only lower myself 5x.
Amazing video❤
First giving a like after that watching! Recently asked myself the question how to improve them 😂
Thanks for the like! Hope this helps!!
@@Brotherfaris definitely thanks man! Should I do 1 or 2 Progressions per session?
Great vid
Thank you for the video, it's very helpful
How can I progress if I have to do it once time a week

Why not going straight to bands? Why we need the the first stage
Amazing work ✊🏾
Where do you get your pads for your knees from (the blue one your using for the nordics)
You understand the pain of pulling a hamstring deeply. Its obvious how much sports mean to you.
Nice video bro
Thank you so much! Barakalahufik!
Thanks so much
This is some really good info- keep it up bub
Great video! Question how often can do you these a week, and what do you recommend as a warmup beforehand?
I say once a week is enough. As a warmup some light glute activation and hamstring mobilization such as monkey squats and clamshells

Former Triple Jumper and sprinter. Thanks for the feedback!
My left knee cap moves up while doing the curls
Great vid thnks
What do you do to warmup for these? So you dont tear up ur hamstrings?
I cant do an eccentric even 10°
How long does it normally take to get to full range in-assisted Nordic?
Thank you sir.
İs nordic curl enough for my hamstrings ? I have very tight hamstrings so i can't do RDL.
I would try to incorporate RDL as well. Just work within the range you have and start with some slow tempo, this will help to stretch and strengthen them
🔥
so this is how micheal jackson can do those
How long did it take you to hit a full Nordic pain free? Eccentric w/ the concentric ?
