I would’ve just like to have received my 5 scoops I paid for…. Contacted them and they told me they were not going to refund or resend my stuff…. Like $100 dollars is chump change
Wow, that is awful. Maybe dispute it with your credit card company if you have tried to contact them directly with no results. I got mine in 7 days and they sent a email saying it shipped within 3 days and my daughter ordered scoops too and it was the same for her. I’m so sorry, I really hope you get a resolution quickly. We are a one income family, I’m not monetized so I make no money from TH-cam so $100 is food for the week or my college students meals, etc… I totally get it

I just saw your comment I have heard that is a big issue with Enailcouture and one of the biggest complaints is their customer service. I wish I had advice to help with but I never use cash apps, ever. There are to many scammers on those things. I’m so sorry it happened to you.
