General Karangi handovers to new CDF general Samson Mwathethe

The command of the Kenya Defence Forces changed hands, with the outgoing Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces(CDF) general Julius Karangi handing over to his former deputy and Kenya Navy Commander, general Samson Mwathethe.
