I think you meant without* paying real money, if so then You should farm tokens as possible and wait every week or 10 days I'm not sure the game puts some cars on sale, try to farm around 10k tokens if you are going for an S class car, don't go for any of the 1859 or 1858 cars and ask on Facebook groups or here for suggestions when you are about to get a car, for A class cars it's not hard you can farm maybe 5k tokens and get a good one
