what if, we give access to user for read only s3 and to group full access of S3, and if add that user in s3 group, will he able to access fully S3

@ 13:34 after deleting S3full policy from root account. User can still see created S3 bucket. But in my case after deleting I do not have access to create S3, that is fine. But I cannot see that S3 bucket, which I created prior to delete policy from root account. Is it normal? As I can see S3 bucket @ 13:34 that you still have and can see your created S3 bucket but I cannot see in my user account. Please clear this.

aws iam user can not see another iam user is it possible?
Or IAM user can't change their permission is it possible?
Ans1: If i am IAM user then how i will be able to see Your IAM without your ID & password.
Ans2: If he has access then only its possible. But if you are my IAM user why i (IAM admin) will give you access instead will ask you come to me and make the changes as required.
how to recover password if any IAM user has forgot it
