Open your file explorer and rename the "drives". Your email and domain will be the default name. 6. Open any of the drives > right-click "my drive" > show more options > hover to "offline access > make sure "online only" is the one with the check. *mirror file/offline or stream files/online only. It's up to you. 🙂

That is because of that some of the files do not count when on Google Drive. Photo's which are allowed to be of reduced size, and certain files (Google Doc files etc.) do not count on Google, while, when you have them as Microsoft files on your local computer they will take up space.
