8 minutes in, and only now i realize what is the day today.
8:37 🤣
Ditto
2m 😅
6:12🤣🤣
It took me 3 minutes, lol.
I can't believe it, I've managed to fix 14 PCHs this week since you told me about this method, it's also given me stomach ache, but I guess you can't win them all
I got about 5 minutes into this video before realizing it is April 1st.
lol! Nice one Graham :) How the hell you manage to keep a straight face is beyond me!
not really, look at him when he said "milk" ...
I add rice to the hot milk and fix water damage at the same time.
Don't let the milk go to waste at the end! Add some rennet and make some fresh mozzarella!
And you'll make yourself some rice pudding on top
@@JacobScharmberg The best part is how well the ultrasound mixes up the rice pudding and chocolate powder!
It took me until the "chocolate milk" to realise what day it is. Jfc. Got me.
The perfect ending for this secret-revealing repair would have been if instead of the usual Bong sound and the Apple logo, we were instead prompted with a nice Nesquick logo and a moo sound...
Great fool's day vid, Graham!
Between the air fryer and choclate milk sonic tank we now have many computer repairs sorted. 😂😂😂😂
happy apr 1st day
I really appreciate the kind of mind that comes up with this kind of quality repair technique! Kudos to you Graham!
Great job Graham this is genius man! you're taking the reapair business into the next level very impressive indeed 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thank you for the BEST April Fools Day video that I have ever seen.
I like cheese....
I fixed my brakes with cheese....they don't squeak no mo....
The only squeak is from the mice attacking your wheels overnight 🤣
I bet they still grate though...
This is an immediate classic! Well done.
I fixed my B450 Aorus M by watching your video changing to the backup bios, I had done the update and had made the board unusable. Thanks. I am from Brazil
Disclaimer: No chocolate milk was harmed in the filming of this video
I actually use Ovomaltine, that really expensive Swiss stuff. It contains egg powder, and a couple added minerals, amongst them ferrite.
Fixing a PCH is always risky because it's a bit of a gamble as you want to reestablishing the bonds but not create shorts between the wrong elements.
Here is where the Ovomaltine comes in, when the vibration starts the ferrite atoms become activated and magnetically find their way to the broken contacts where they attach. (On a side not, this works really will with microcracks in traces and the likes.) The eggwhite protein then starts denaturizing because of the heat and creates an isolating film that protects the new ferrite bonds from shorting.
I suppose the normal cocoa works similiarly but is a bit risky because of the missing egg.
As a conlcusion I can only reiterate Graham's message. It is amazing what you can create or do when you put chemistry and physics knowledge together!
Great repair. Used whole milk in my ultrasound and had a delicious dish of cottage cheese when it was all done
quality content right here...very well done
This is really magical. Even the prints on the connectors change.
Going to try this tomorrow.
loved the blooper reel lol. Your April fools videos are the best.
When he said "chocolate milk" as a special ingredient I almost died 😂
Just one question can you use other flavours to fix other problems ie Strawberry milk for water damage?
Strawberry is for the EC, except for Lenovo motherboards, where you need a 60/40 mix of Strawberry/Banana.
Actually you need to add rice, and a bit of cinnamon
@@Adamant_IT Sounds legit.
The main peril with watching this several days after publication is that one doesn't immediately make the connection... there can be a delay - 4 mins and 43 seconds to be exact.
Hilarious - great ruse, Graham!
Now off to pull myself together... in a bath of milk.
Nice :-) I was waiting for the chocolate milk and there it was! I was half-expecting a full MacBook to emerge from the ultrasonic cleaner. Well done.
Love the out takes!
Brilliant video.
I tried this by putting the rusted bumper of my car and it worked! it removed the rust and even new metal appeared to cure the missing pieces
Thanks for the tip. I tried that on my old car to see if I could knock out the dents. Drove the old MG into the bath, drove out a Porsche 959. Still a few scratches on the passenger side but not a bad result.
I was very surprised that the board didn't get an upgrade. Would Belgian chocolate make it more EU compatible? 😁😁😁 Love this video. Thank you for the laugh. The deadpan pouring of the chocolate powder was the best moment for me.
Your video's are great but this particular one was extra special! 🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣 Thanks for sharing.
Finnaly a vid that actually explain easy fixes. I have an iPhone with a cracked screen and did this, and it fixed the screen.
You are awesome sir!! as all your videos. How many liters is your ultrasonic machine ? I am just curious looks so big
nice one, loved it !!. Did you use semi or full cream milk ?
YOU F*** 😂😂😂. I’ve been watching you from Spain…where April fool’s is in December 28th!!!!!!
I WAS absolutely crazy. I can’t comprehend anything at all: milk and chocolate!!!!!!!! Hot and ultrasonic??!!!
Man you drive me crazy crazy crazy.
Marvelous 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😅❤
Well done, Adaman! Well done...
WoW! AMAZING!!!! thought it was an old wives tale but just fixed 3 laptops with this method, saved hundreds!
Nice job!
Great sense of humour 10/10 :P today, any other day 9/10.
Brilliant! As soon as the milk bottles came out I realised what day it is. Happy April Fools Day!
Udderly brilliant repair technique - legendairy.
Almost had me for a minute, but then it all clicked when you pulled out the milk jugs :)))))
Amazing, thanks for sharing this secret repair method. 🥚
got me for a while their xD, damn hahahaha, great work and composure bud! xD.
you totally got me there Graham 😂😂 , i just realized what was the date right now , good one though 🤣👍
You can usually get high grade chocolate milk from the larger chemical supply companies. It works a little faster and doesn't go bad as quickly because it has fewer impurities.
you had me for about 30 seconds, until I seen the date. Nice one Graham! Almost as good as your fryer and GPU's
Oh cmon, at least you have to turn the ultrasonic on! We need to see the mentos-cola-explosion after all the effort!
2 minutes in, playing it in he background, I thought for a half second. Looked up and went, Dammit he got me. Well played Sir.
You got me for 5 minutes ... good one :)
How do I update the firmware on my Vevor ultrasonic bath so it plays music when you press the button at 10:42?
Also, can it play any MP3s or only special pre-prepared ones coded into the firmware blob?
I like my choccy milk with a good dose of sugar so I had a problem with the board becoming ultra sticky and the CPU became encased in toffee .
Cheers Eric
We see at the 8:38 mark that you almost give it away by laughing. Nice self-control there!
the first few seconds i believed it till i remembered its Aprils fools day xD
Has it been a whole years since the air fryer? 🤣
crazy
How many motherboards could I clean before I need to replace the chocy milk mix? Just trying to get a idea on the cost per wash.
I did the maths for you, it's approximately 2.7pints per ATX sized PCB and 1.2pints for a laptop board, be sure to drain off and top up the fluid frequently to ensure a consistent result. My stomach hurts.
@@I_Am_Sy thanks man, really appreciate the effort. Now I need to find some decent cookies to go with my warm choccy milk.
Although I have also heard good things about a toastie with a glass of warm choccy milk.
Ah! You got me! In our shop, I get all kinds of macbooks with rice in them. Now Im going to see logicboards submerged in chocolate milk 🤣
Priceless!!!!
ok adamandd... you got me 8m35s into this video before i remembered it's april 1st today. well done my friend genuinely you did fool me for a while. all the way up to taking the plate out of the milk. pretty good going with that one
i actually was listening very intently and thought you were serious until you brought out the chocolate milk. lol. well done Graham. You got me. Happy April Fools.
I put this on for background noise. Didn't realize what it was until my wife walked by and said "Does that really work?" Took me a min to look at what was going on. LOL LOVED IT!
Cant i just use milk form a brown cow?
here they sell it as chocolate milk, as if we're that ignorant!
yeah you can even use goat milk. i suggest you to use make animal milk💀
I remember making a sort of plastic from milk I think - this was the late 60s. So for just a fraction of a moment I was teetering between 'don't be ridiculous' and 'What ? Oh, possibly...'
You are more courageous than me. I'm not sure I would have trusted drinking that glass of milk, however much work you've put in to clean the ultrasonic prior.
milk in the ultrasonic cleaner is also good way for making cream. use it in cakes, omeletes and other recipes. saves you a lot of time and your food is clean and sparkling as never before!!!!!!
Brilliant 😎
ha ha it took me until 6 mins and 3 seconds - brilliant work
Since this process seems to be mostly about the minerals, I assume it doesn't make much difference whether I use whole or skimmed milk? Or does the fat get in the way? Also I wonder if you could substitute pre-mixed chocolate milk. That would solve the mixing and clumping problems.
Milk never worked for me so however seawater has worked wonders. You may remember all those stories about the healing power of brine when you were a kid well its works for electronia compenents too.
14:46 I would like to know more about the paul daniels meter, is there a review about this thing?
I had to go back and see when you uploaded the video 😂
For someone how watch you channel for many years Graham you are really creative last year you was cooking 😅
Good job for April fools day 👍😂❤
Thanks for helping me with my PC
Literally today
I was the strangely dressed person who was walking around constantly
Because I have trouble standing still with the purple hat
yeah!
How did you keep a straight face all the way through ? Bloody excellent.
Got that same ultrasonic cleaner!
double malt whisky works even better !! The only downside is board start to act in a funny way from time to time.
You got me even after the chocolate XD
Only TWO minues in, and I was laughing my head off!
next aprils fool day,you can try jack daniels and raw fishes for gpu repair.happy aprils fool day!NICE VIDEO!
Can’t believe you went to that much effort for an April Fool’s joke awesome fun - especially the chocolate powder😂
Oh man.. I so fell for it until reading the comments. Forgot it was 1st April.
😂😂😂
No words you totally got me!
Will this work for the entire laptop if it doesn't boot or would apple flavouring be needed to improve results?
Would there be an advantage to using buttermilk or would that throw off the calcium to fat ratio?
I actually laughed out loud when you said milk!
Hahaha it took me a while to realise, too 'cause I am seeing it a few days after. Love it, though xd
This has to be an April fools joke. No way would I be filling my Vevor ultrasonic with milk for a joke and heat it risking milkstone on the interior surface.
I just cant believe that worked!! Please Tell me if your jocking coz am very tempted to try this thing...
Will this method work for cpu's as well?
You almost got me there. And New Zealand is already in 2nd of April. So that made me think a lot before realising.
Happy April 1st!!! :)
You nearly had me!
I use cooking oil with a bullion cube in my cleaner. Works GREAT!!
I use brown gravy in mine!!:)
Adam was his April fools joke
That was so funny!!! 🤣
Expected you to pull a "April Fools!" sign out of the milk instead of the board. Good job keeping a straight face!
When I saw the special ingredient and realized what day it is. HAHAHA
Great idea! If you want to keep the hot chocolate, run it through a couple of coffee filters! Yummy! Happy April 1st!
brilliant
Now add a couple pounds of flour to the used mix and see if the waves + heat will make a cake!
