No offense! but i don't know what the differences between salsation and zumba.. what i knew is Salsation try to follow the trend of Zumba :) using many latin songs , which is the same zumba's song trend with more difficult choreos ... which is they named it choreology , isolation etc. in the end I love Zumba beter than Salsation. ;)
Salsation is more about dance and feel the music, feel yourself. It concentrates on the 3-dimension-movement and to express yourself in dance. The choreos are based on the messages of the songs. While Zumba is more like into aerobic and workout. It does not mean it is better or not, it is just different. I hope this helps. Enjoy your classes!
