- I've been playing SHRAPNEL BALLISTA HIEROPHANT for more than 3 years now! Again, for all those new here: This is my main build in Path Of Exile. This is a very strong build that has great defenses & great offenses. This is not your typical Shrapnel Ballista build! I've adapted this build so that it can do most content in Path Of Exile ( or ALL CONTENT if you are a skilled player ). In this build guide I covered everything; Enjoy a great build ;)

I just basically finished your Dex build, and now I will try this one out. I have all the defenses of this build, but I am liking the extra health and Chaos damage. Thank you for the Video.

I just changed the build from dex stacking ballista to this one (lvl 94). I used older videos, but there were few changes, so I adapted it now :) As I don't have that many passive points, I got rid of life near timeless jewel. Thanks for the build!

As an important note, it is worth adding that in the case of gems: Steelskin + Automation, it is worth leaving mana so that Steelskin can turn on itself, because it uses mana, so we cannot completely reserve mana, e.g. through the Precision gem. Unless we give up Cast on Death Support + Portal and add Lifetap Support there. In short, we need about 30 mana to spend on Steelskin.

I see the leveling guide you have for Siege ballista as any character, but it looks like that video is only for the campaign unless I missed something. What's the best way to level in maps from the end of the campaign until level 95? Do you just keep doing the siege ballista leveling build until then with some minor gear upgrades the whole way?
my english is so bad but i understand all you say in video xD i dont need subtittles like in other videos.

1) Why returning projectiles, not arrow nova? I try nova setup , and it melts bosses more easily
2)Why grace, not determination? Thanks to armour setup i can survive some big hits, and with Ironwood node it's more effective IMO
1) If you enjoy arrow nova more, you can use it. 2) We use grace because I'm close to 90% physicial damage reduction cap ( with the pantheon and totems up ). Having 74% chance to dodge on top of 50% chance to block is just busted!

i started to do the dex guide, i love it until now. I have to finish the acts. o have 910 dex and i have to equip the quiver(i am lv 62 for now) and i have a 5 link armor and bow but i am poor for now

Oh and I just did dex stacking siege ballista. Is this much different? Even tho i have dmg it feels slow on maps
Better damage, more tankyness especially against boss, it melt them. You can do all bosses with this build

@@gelu2953 kinda…..siege ballista is a good starter because of the low budget you need to farm t16 maps. So you farm Divines with this build and then you can switch for a more robust endgame build, it can be another class but it’s more efficient to reroll your siege ballista. As the other guy said make sure to buy the gear you need before reroll or it will feel really bad. Shrapnell ballista is really good but expensive to make.
Just switched to this from siege ballista, feels great. Just one question: on shrapnel ballistas poewiki page it says: "Returning Projectiles: Projectiles fired by shrapnel ballista have a limited duration; to ensure projectiles can return to hit the initial target, projectile speed will need to be increased by at least 300%". Does anyone know if this is accurate?
from my tests, returning projectiles works great. they might not return fully to you, it is true -> but the target always gets the double dip
@@poeguy007 Ok, thank you for answering the question👍 Bought a 5/20 awakened Arrow Nova to try it out instead of returning projectiles, but it felt really bad (in my opinion). The damage felt more delayed. Anyway thank you for the buildguide, second time playing this for my part, works great. Gonna try to run the T17 maps i have saved up now🙂

Hey my boy! Sucky boy here! I couldn't wait till level 95 so I made this build of yours on level 75... 1800 STR, 15 totems on the ground... damage is nice! Can you tell me please how can I bump up STR over 2000? Thank you!

@@poeguy007 Don't be upset boss! I'm level 94 now! It's all good! Cruising thru content with your build! I'm at 1809 STR! But one thing I don't understand... I have same Lethal Pride jewel as you and I didn't get "increased strength" nodes as you do... why?
@@drumcorpful the timeless jewels have some UNIQUE NUMBERS ON THEM. these numbers vary a lot. so not sure you have the same numbers as me ( you don't need to have the exact numbers as me, but you need to watch a guide on how to buy good timeless jewels! )

What’s the actual dps of the build boss?
Is tricky to show the real DPS. BUT IS BIG.. Can kill a normal guardian map boss in under 1 second..
More expensive on PS, as an example the hh is 30di s on pc but on the ps is 130 ..😂
Got almost all gear, the chest is a pain to get the correct colors

Man it dont work on tiar 17 maps even not get to boss loose portal
Roll your T17 maps with Chaos Orbs until you get some decent modifiers! After the recent Tier 17 map nerfs it works just great. Me and multiple guys are farming these T17 maps with Shrapnel

loved your siege ballista build but since I like trade league and with how fucked the economy is trade league for me now pretty much = SSF. I have quit this pos league until next time. I looked to buy a thread of hope last night that you show in your build and -20% resist large ring was 11 divines LOL . Unless you did the divine trick with maps to start the league or you play more then the avg joe you are not buying shit in this POS league.
