about the 14th point, the game engine uses something called backing and if you want to add reflections, you have to enable "screen space reflection" which is a performance-demanding task. that's the reason why we don't see reflections, even shadows are prebaked because calculating light in renders is such a time talking process, they use prebaked lighting to make your system render 30 or so frames per second. these are limitations of our current generation of game development.

Bhai bomb on car is good because in some missions you must take the car as defence and then if the enemy comes near you can blast it
8:00 that was because of technology which was available in 2013 but now there is ray tracing which can make rear view mirrors better
I disagree on number 10 because calling cops is really helpful when you need to find police car for a mission
