Does it always have to be placed in the uv machine 5 times? Or would for some just once be enough.
@@lamarwalker5366 no sir, the amount of sessions you perform depends on how yellow the shoes you’re working on are. Sometimes it only takes 1-2 sessions but in this case the soles had oxidized for over 11 years which made it more difficult to remove.
I really thought the “after” results were just a 2021 pair until I noticed the low patent leather which is not the case on the 2021’s. That method really does work then, I’ll keep this info for once I get my 11’s in the mail. Thank you

@@bronzyrubano5098 after you put the sauce on you wrap the soles up on saran wrap so that the sauce doesn't evaporate too quickly while unyellowing. Then you can put it under a uv light like I did in the video or put it out in direct sunlight. At the end I say they are "Sole Fresh out the oven" as in saying something was baked and is fresh out the oven , as in new or very fresh

Something like this came out in the mid 2000's, they were all Grey i think. I worked at a shoe store at the time. Let me tell you, Jordan 11's are some of the most popular retro Jordan's out there. We had 55 pairs of this all Grey style, and we sold out by 10:20 am. Store opened at 10

I tried using the sun to do this once. Didn’t even have half of the materials, all I did was clean them and put them outside. It helped a little bit but the differences were barely noticeable.
The punisher is right. You can use the sun for sure but results will take longer due to the variables that you are out of control of. Examples are the weather, positioning of the sun, wind, etc. Where as with an indoor set up it's a controlled environment with consistency 24/7.
During that era of sneakers (2010’s) sole restoration was a common thing. Making them icy as the jargon implies we used seaglow, Fabes Sole Sauce for all you that remember before it was all this Sb and dunk garbage.

Is there anything special about how your ice box is built compared to others? Like uv light or more aluminum for example
The box I built fits 16 pairs and is covered with mylar film on which blocks in all the light on the inside. Mylar film is the highest reflective material that you can use. Even higher then mirrors. Aluminum foil barely reflects light and holds more heat inside it which can cause seperation where as the mylar film is thin and breathable. Nothing really special about the light though. It's just a 600 watt mars hydro growing light. Used 2 different 1000 watt lights in the past and got no results for a week straight. Went back to the 600 watt and started getting results again.

Yes you can also put it in the sun the results might just take a little longer. You'll leave them outside in direct sunlight for as long as you can no matter how many hours it takes.

Thank you man 🙏🏽. After you clean and prep the shoes you put the sauce on the desired area your trying to unyellow. Then you'll wrap it up in saran wrap to keep the sauce from evaporating too quickly while being in the "ice box" this will ensure that it works every min of every hour it's under the light.

Lol oh na man, this guy had one of the cleanest 2010 cool grey releases I've seen in a long time. Usually people who need their 2010 cool Grey's done they are always messed up! But this customer knew how to take care of his shoes and so it was easy to get them looking new again

You don’t got to buy expensive Drip Sole sauce just got to your nearest Sally Beuty and pick you up some 40 Volume Creme Developer put it in some wrap and leave it out in the sun and works just as good as shown in the video simple as that
Youre exactly right you dont have to buy my product. You can for sure get some results with 40 because in fact i used it when i first started too. But it is for beginners though because you wont get out deep yellowing in soles since its not strong enough to. Thats why mine and other products are available because they are much stronger and go much deeper then 40. 40 has 12% hydrogen peroxide where as Drip Sole Sauce has 18%. Hence the reason why it gets icy results and takes out deep oxidation. Its also very well known and talked about that 40 volume cream causes soles to yellow faster over time after it has been used. But for sure its all up to you and what works best for the time being 👍🏽💯

tldr based on everyone's comments and answers, whatever chemical compound he uses bleaches the rubber with uv light, he made a special apparatus with uv lamps and reflective foil in a box to speed up the process but you can do the same thing by just carefully leaving them out in the sun if you can't afford a blacklight or anything but be careful not to mess up the rest of the shoes by leaving them outside

My husband bought a pair of these 2010 cool greys back in 2016 for like 150$ he wore em as everyday shoes for a while and now that the price has sky rocketed he hasnt wore em since like 2019 😂😂 he needs a good restoration done on em 10 out of 10 and 10 being the worst there probably like a 5 maybe 5.5 out of 10

They where an amazing condition I would’ve just left them like that. what most people don’t know is that after you ice them up again they yellow a lot faster also if you’re not careful you can actually damage The shoe
The customer wanted them to look new again and for sure the sole will yellow way faster if you use 40 volume cream but ive never experienced a speed up in oxidation after using my product. I also put sole protectors on the soles after I unyellow them that way I protects it even more from yellowing again in the cuture
