When Sir Alex was in charge he never got sacked even tho everyone wanted blood because Edwards saw what was happening behind the scenes. Sir Alex was rebuilding and changing the culture of the club. The philosophy of youth was a big factor in that. Look at the investment in youth since Ineos has come in. There is clearly a big plan behind the scenes which needs to grow and we may have to take some pain first before we see the benefits of that. I’m not saying ETH is the next Sir Alex for from it. But 2 months is not enough time for new players to adapt to the premier league.
