William really wants to be a comedian and he also said that Sam is a comedian so I think william has a hint already that they are on a TV show :) BUT WELL WHO CARES WE STILL LOVE THEM. especially now that BEN can talk , he is hilarious hahahaha

It could be scripted, he could just not be a morning person. But there is a script. Not necessarily words, but situations so that there's something to watch each week.
