This touches me so deeply, this is my life. Seeing harmful patterns that others don't seem to notice or understand how good intentions will often lead to horrible outcomes. I'm certified highly intelligent and a habitual overachiever but my whole life I have been my worst enemy to the point of my own hubris asking for more put me on the radar of evil. So it did its best to kill me. Gabriel saved me with the help of so many spirits, in the flesh and in the spirit, in multiple dimensions. I just found my star people this week after an attempt to end my suffering. Absurd, since I spent so many years, pain and suffering fighting for my life trying to be here that I'd get so close to ending it, but I needed permission and was told no. I've stared death in the face for so long being terminally ill that I felt like I had one foot in the cosmic fog. But now I understand why I can't leave, why I'm not allowed to leave. I've felt a strong sense of a Great purpose since childhood, also seeing and sensing things that people told me I was imagining. So the virgo in me let the rational mind take over and denied it all, made me think I was going insane and not just being activated. But now I understand what is happening to me. I keep getting messages of myself submerged in water, swimming freely as almost weightless in the water, breathing underwater. Use water to cleanse and recharge yourselves. And be conscious to electromagnetic pollution and electromagnetic frequencies messing with our energy. As simple as it sounds homemade barriers made of aluminum foil glued on cardboard work (shiny side towards the radiation to bounce it back). I strongly advise my city-dwellers to try it, especially if there is a phone-mast nearby, 4g was bad but 5g is detrimental to our frequencies. I thought it was just the conspiracy nutters gone mad but it is true, spoke in length about its harms with a very rational electrical engineer who said he'd never buy a home close to one. If you do, dear starseed you need to set up a Faraday barrier to protect yourself and block out the radiation pollution.
