Shifter and droll are not effective counters to yubel. Both spirit of yubel and their field spell get around droll, the rest of their stuff summons from deck. It literally only stops the unchained engine, and the sacred beast cards. As for shifter, every card that summons yubel, can summon from banished as well as gy.
if you play water, marincess crystal heart can buy you some time, but they might make a chaos angel to run over it, so maybe just a kashtira birth wtih a kashtira scareclaw, or make a tri-heart with the piercing team mate... Dark ruler no more and lava golem/kurikara can work too...
I am playing a mixed water deck and a card I found works great for all decks is full armored crystal zero lancer. Use 1 material all Enemy cards abilities no longer matter, yubel becomes a sitting duck

Droll is a total whiff against stun, lab, and a LOT of other archetypes. It's a trap. Crow doesn't do enough in this meta. It can hit trans rollback but that's about it's best target. Ogre will go up in value once tenpai drops. It's OOOOKKK right now cause it hits Horus. Bystials are crazy bad in a fire meta. I wish they were better. Raigeki won't work well enough when Yubel's bosses just ignore destruction. TTT is a gamble in MD. Evenly is definitely godly. The floodgates are basically stun-only. Necrovalley is ok but sucks that Horus ignores it.
I still need to learn how to play but i guess I should know what the weaknesses will be also cause I'm running it. I just hope it's not alot of mirror matches
It's going to be new so expect mirrors for a little while. Otherwise this is still the fire meta and snake-eyes meta clowns aren't about to drop the deck this fast.

Bro I really need your help please respond. Is there any MONSTER I can use in the EXTRA DECK to counter yubel. I use a PURE blue eyes deck and I'm in platinum rank. I'm not switching my deck up for no one my slots are full but half of my extra deck is filler. Please let me know if theres a monster that counters yubel ONLY in the extra deck
i got you... soo if you are running blue eyes..that's a tough one.. Here are some that uses generic monsters..Usually they don't pop.. Hope these cards help: Number 1: Infection Buzzking - attach and rip from ED Little Knight - banish a card and banish 1 monster Unicorn - spin 1 card Hieratic Seal- bounce 1 card Topologic monsters - banish effects security dragon - bounce pitknight earlier - arrow effects brute enforceer - pop gravity controller - bounce during battle
I think calamity is just a "win more" card.. Ofcourse, like any other deck if you can't stop the combo or you don't have an out to the calamity being summoned..just quit..
I save d my gems but I'm only interested in dinomorphia (so expensive). I was worried about countering yubel because rexterm can't negate yubel since it's attack is zer.
@@Bregzterit wont negate any meaningful effects though. Like spirit of yubel. you cant stop her from searching since she activates on summon with 0 atk. U can only stop the battle reflection which u will still take damage if you cant take out nightmare pain.
even if u can negate yubel their continous spell make u get the dmg instead and when yubel get destroyed, he can summon yubel terror incarnate from deck or gy and you get OTK XD
If you use the z arc package and you already have the negated supreme z arc on field when they activate a spell, summon brave eyes pendulum dragon, negates all monsters with 0 atk. Deck, gy, hand n banished.
RDA and Absolute Powerforce, Yubel cards won't be able to activate during or in the GY if they attacked RDA or you attacked with RDA. It's a really good card against cards like Avramax, Zarc, Mirrorjade, and other similar cards with similar effects.
I think you should just take the long way around as long as you have more cards in your deck just don’t play anything and let them deck themselves. Keep drawing and discarding cards.
Great now im not gonna have fun playing Yubel now because everyone gonna be trying hard counter this deck now this video dosent make my case any better guess i play something else until hype dies out
@@beasthaven1571 Stun Decks , assuming you haven't already looked it up, are basically decks revolving around negates and floodgates. you know how people complain that modern yugioh doesn't let you play? that is entirely what Stun decks are intended to do, except they stop you preemptively instead of interrupting you. Most of them use "Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo", so if you got a deck like Floowandereeze that revolves around normal summons, you can still play around them somewhat.
Yubel has been in the TCG now for a couple of months and if you need to watch a video on how to counter this deck you should just quit Yu-Gi-Oh let them figure this stuff out for themselves

You can actually..use the effect of rexterm to change the atk of opponents monsters..
