I got all 4 chars to 30, been playing them all on and off for a while now and ogryn (though I hate the limited weapom selection ) has the BEST skill tree by far.
Honestly happy to see this game get into the light. Im happy they are getting things done, only thing that sucks is they are usally a bit slow doing so but usually end up doing well and able to fix stuff rather quickly
It's likely that the maelstrom he was playing had an enhanced blitz as one of its modifiers, and with grenades usually enhanced blitz means you have 2 more grenades
There is so much weaponry that they could add to the game from common bolt pistols to crazy rare vortex grenades heavy flamers for the ogryn to hot shot las guns and long las rifles. They need to stop holding back there is years on stuff they could add.
They know people waste their damn money on skin cosmetics cosplaying so why would they bother? They'll just keep adding 1 new map every 7 months and new cosmetics in every minor update. I mean the skins look nice but for real in a pve game people actually pay to get them.
I hope to god we get some new guns for the big guy he literally lacks 6-7 guns in comparison to the others. Idc if they’re basically copies of each other Aslong as it shoots, sounds, looks different I’m fine it And dont forget big man lacks his own chain melee or two handed melee
Just wondering about health vs toughness on curios in this build and Ogryn in general. You already have so much health, isn't toughness better? Especially considering it regens? Also Smash em vs best defence, doesnt smash em work in work scenarios? You can always hit one thing, hitting multiple is less frequent. Or does it not trigger if you cleave multiple? I assumed it worked like if you hit 5 you obvious hit 1 so it triggers. Maybe drop pacemaker in that case to take it?
It's best to take no damage but you can't always do that so you're going to take chip damage and it's better to have more health than toughness. Reasons: 1# Once your toughness is less than 100% you will take some health damage 2# There are plenty of Health stations or medipacks 3# Most overheads (through sheer damage on damnation) specials, fire, etc immediately break toughness
Three 21% hp curios. Toughness regenerates, health does not. You can take just about all of the Ogryn’s toughness restoration traits with any build, so you want as much health as possible.
Smash Em ONLY procs if you hit ONLY ONE enemy. I use a shovel, so I prefer to take both pacemaker for hoard clear, and smash em for elites and monstrosities. How toughness works is as a shield against ranged attacks (a second health bar) so yes if you were a ranged build that was mostly expected to fight in the back lines then toughness is best, but against melee attacks toughness is only functions as DAMAGE NEGATION so, besides when your at 100% toughness (unless you get hit by something that depletes your toughness in one hit (usually a crusher or sniper)), it won’t completely stop you from taking melee damage. An OGRYN in addition to always having the most base health, thus making health curios even more potent, is also expected to be the frontline damage sponge, EVEN WHEN your a Gun Lugger build, and with the aforementioned traits your going to be a toughness regenerating MACHINE anyway so on ogryn health is best.
This game is some thick, soupy, creamy, grimy, filthy, muculent, chunky chungus. I need to upgrade my CPU and GPU so I can run it better and enjoy the full scrungle of it.
What I am curious about is how are you carring 3 Frag bombs? O.o I looked all over the trees and I cannot for the life of me figure out how. Please help.
you max out at 4 rocks, thats like what, two or three rager kills from throwing all your nades? He used a single nuke to kill like 12 of them lol. I like rock too but lets be real the other ogryn nades are insanely strong in their own situations.
@@VortexMagus Rocks are great when you need a reliable long range anti special or mutant option, box is when you need both single target damage and some aoe, and the nuke is just you need this section of the map to not have any enemies. My problem with rocks is my favorite ogryn weapons Rumbler and Kickback do a very similar job and with most ogryn melee weapons +Bleed talent dealing with anything that gets close I would much rather have a nuke to be able to deal with a situation where things are going tits up.
@@Land07 Between that and my favorite weapons rumbler/kickback fitting a very similar niche to rock its hard to choose rock outside of running with low level folks who will gobble up all the grenades and ammo.
13:50 It would be more effective to shoot the ceiling or wall in times like that since the bomb will detonate as soon as it hits the ground, plus I don't see you using the shield's push attack enough
I still pray we eventually get an autocannon for the big man, he deserves some more boom
would love an lmg for veteran
I pray this shit game comes to PlayStation but I don't think it will for another 2 years
@@sebas22332 Just build a decent computer so you can experience more than just the ShitStation and ExcrementBox.
Yeah your ar rigeht
Or even a space marine sized boltgun/storm bolter/ heavy bolter on the ogryn (any bolter will do!)
"Ragers gone" Yea... so are his friends, family, neighbors and distant acquaintances 😂
How did you get 3 frag grenades man? I always only have 1
Late but aueric modifier

How do you have 3 frag bombs for the solo run? Is that a mod or a talent?
Pls Tell us
This game is crazy fun just bought mw3 and not playing it cos this is such fun
how do you get 3 big boi grenades?
The Maelstrom modifier gives you extra grenades. Some of the Maelstrom modifiers give the players bonuses. Reduced ability cooldowns is another one.
It's very on theme that the most effective weapon in an ogryns mind is using his gun as a club
To be fair, the Rumbler is a half-meter-long, 10-cm-diameter tempered steel pipe. It’s probably like 20lbs which is light as a feather to an Ogryn.
shame that the cleave damage stops after 3 enemies tho.
Love the rumbler. Thank you once again for the great Ogryn gameplay Choco
How do you have 3 Grenades?...
It's a modifier you can get on Maelstrom missions.
@@Tyranomanaha! That explains it. Thanks for that.

Why cant you show your build/loadout in the beginning? Its just frustrating man.
How did you manage to get 3 nukes?
Ogryn doing all the work, nothing new, guys cant even kill a sniper
how does he have 3 Frag Bombs?
It’s one of the modifiers for maelstrom that empowers your blitz

Its simple math. You can get way more out of ogryn for hp curios because he has a huge base health.

I'd take rock more often if the free 15% damage perk wasn't locked behind the other two
Krak grenades can only kill maybe two elites at a time, while the CHONK grenade is basically a get outa jail free card.
