The reason that my backup guy didn't want to be filmed is because he thinks that his loading is way worse than mine. But he does better than he thinks. He doesn't load them often, but his loads are OK. He and I both take pride in our work, can't say the same for our other locations though! We do appreciate your appreciation. P.S. Great Accent!!!!!
The way you just said it is the right way to do it do the belly straps first and then tighten up the ones across the top and if you really want to stay tight put a Twist in the straps going across the top

Personally, I wouldn’t unstrap any thing till unloading with fork lift
The way I was trained is to tighten all layer straps first working your way from first layer then upwards. The way you explained it makes sense to me.
