It was also hard not to notice that as soon as Trina arrives that Spencer no longer wants to go to the Metro Court Pool so I think that Spencer suggested taking Ace there so he could also see Trina.
I think the one part of the dialogue I found funny was Trina saying she doesn’t care what people say, but she told Joss she’s been keeping her distance from him because she knows her mom doesn’t like him. Just asking for consistency. Either she doesn’t care because him and her against the world…. Or she’s gives her mom too much power in her life. Please let Trina grow into a confident, young adult.

@@shainamaysic5364 I don’t think it was cut. Nicolas likes being hands on and I think the camera person was more interested in the closeup of the kiss. You could see they were holding hands the whole time they were talking, when they showed them briefly from further away. After he brushed back her hair and briefly caressed her cheek, which was adorable, he quickly took her hand again. I just think there’s a lot off camera that we don’t see, bc the camera people are concentrating more on them and not what’s happening around them as much, which in my opinion adds a lot to how he feels about her.

If he had actually had some form of therapy done, it might've been more difficult for Esme to repeat. But, unfortunately, he hadn't. That's not to say he hasn't done a tremendous job on HIS OWN ACCORD with all that he's been through - Because he HAS, and I commend him for it. Frank and his gang of writers are purposely destroying Sprina. In the comments people are questioning what they see on screen and it’s simple. We can agree that Trina is one of the most popular characters on the show - but we know Frank has his favorites. This show is willing to destroy one of the best pairings that they have for a White girl. Notice that every episode Spencer and Trina is on…Esme has to appear on the same episode…WHY??? Trina and Spencer haven’t shared a single uninterrupted scene. Meanwhile Spencer and the sexual predator have shard multiple scenes that were uninterrupted- including one that lasted 9 1/2 mins. Frank wants us to lose interest in Sprina do that he can move on to the pairing that they want - Spencer and Esme. Another reason he’s destroying Sprina is because they wanted the it couple to be Jex.

Idk, I just don’t get why they keep writing Spencer to respond to trina expressing her feelings with “you know that im always here for you” like it just feels like such a weird way to write his responses and the fact that she’s always the one going to see him and not the other way around. Everyone please try to calm down. Watching Sprina is like watching the Stock market. You have to be in it for the long haul. Yes, we know Esme and Portia are plotting against them. Now they've chosen to tone down their relationship, but how? Just their eye contact gives Sprina away. They also have noisy Joss on their side. I'm surprised she is the only one seeing Esme clearly, just like Curtis can see Portia clearly. Spencer and Trina need to stay strong and continue to communicate with each other more regularly. Now that you mentioned Joss, I want it to be a situation where Joss goes to GH for whatever reason, and she happens to see/eavesdrop on Esme and/Portia talking about Spencer and realizing that there is a plot to come between her bestie and her bf, and knowing Joss's loose lips, runs back to Trina to tell her, Trina goes to confront her mom, and cuts her out of her life. I liked aspects of this episode for sure. Trina felt a lot more like herself. Don’t love them taking a step Back bc they’re barely hanging on as is. But this is the story we’re getting, so I just hope the fi-core writers clean up some of the glaring problems within the telling of the story like pov. The pacing was good and the dialogue felt soapy. I wish they didn’t make Spencer and Esme so buddy-buddy. There’s something for me personally that I find very disturbing about it. Having worked with survivors of sexual assault makes stories like this a bit hard to swallow for me. But I digress…between Esme’s visit with Heather and her talking to herself today, it’s clear old esme is ready to make an appearance. And I’m here for it, if to do nothing else than get this show on the road. My only concern is how far the show will take this Spencer/esme situation. But that’s up to the writers. Hoping they don’t forget that at his core, Spencer wouldn’t hurt Trina. But we’ll see.

Let’s not forget the lengths she was willing to go to last time. And now we have confirmation from Heather that she tried to kill her adopted parents. So I wouldn’t be surprised if she used a combo of what Spencer’s been telling her plus drugs to set up something…she could set it up to make it look like they slept together and throw the snow globe story in Trina’s face and that would be more than enough to cause chaos.

I think that many people really overlook the fact there was a spoiler a few months ago that we would be seeing a faux love triangle and we are with Trina, Spencer and Esme and Esme is the odd one out here and seriously if the powers that be wanted to redeem Esme then they have had plenty of time to do that but Esme is still in a corner and all Esme has is Ace and she knows that. I also wondered exactly how long are Spencer and Trina planning to keep their relationship low key? I think that Trina will confide in Dex and that will lead to Spencer telling Trina that he loves her. Trina and Spencer are written like an old-school soap opera super couple with an old-school storyline so things will take longer than we might like but I think that Spencer and Trina will marry eventually.

Oh wow, this looks like goodbye to this relationship to me, is this where Spencer stays low key so Nicholas (NAC) goes off on his other gig?......but still this makes me sad and angry at sametime. The perfect relationship that seemed like it was taking off like a storm dropped like bad habit....GH, if you even was gonna break them up, it this could have been done better. On a high note would have given the fans a little hope.........Esme, you dont need Spencer to take the baby to the park or the damn pool. Do what single moms do, when they baby daddy not around kmt......and yes, Trina is more important than you, dont add yourself with Ace in terms of importance in Spencer's life, he is only doing this for Ace.
So much to say about this episode!! First of all I, and I know it's an unpopular opinion, loved this episode. That being said here are some of my thoughts: Was it me or did the dialog seem a little out of character, especially for Trina? Not complaining though, I'm glad she finally told Spencer exactly what she needed, him! I also think that that helped him know that was Portia said was not true about her not being happy. I know everyone is up in arms about Esme and Spencer, but I think for one he is trying to respect his grandmother's wishes and for two he is trying to get Esme to let her guard down. That eye roll after she agreed to take Ace to the pool should have told everyone everything they needed to know about Spencer's feelings. Also I can't help saying "She's back!!!" at the end. I am actually excited to see the different dynamic this time because Trina and Spencer will fight together. I'm also not really worried about this "low-key" thing. I actually think that it may be a good thing because they will have to spend more alone time together, which will hopefully also mean uninterrupted time together. I'm also thinking that maybe it will be more intimate, which I'm all here for. My only real complaint is that things seem to be so disjointed with the time line and story lines seem to have been dropped like a hot potato, e.i. the whole fight at the bar, among other things.
ITA about the "low key" aspect they're going for. The opportunities (if GH do it right) for Sprina to be alone will be something to look forward to. I HATE that Portia did a number on Spencer's insecurities that he is regurgitating what Portia said to him to Trina and Trina not picking up on it 😒🙄She need to find out exactly what her mom is up to. I had a thought about maybe John (as much as I can't stand her) possibly eavesdropping on Portia and Esme talking about Spencer or her eavesdropping on just Portia and running back to tell Trina what's up with her mom, Trina confronts her mom, and cuts her out of her life. I HOPE that scenario come to fruition.
I have a theory…. So clearly Maxie will move into Lulu’s place which means that maybe Trina and Joss can move into Maxie’s apartment. That way, Spencer and Trina can have more alone time away from Esme and Portia. Joss for sure would give them space. Spoilers for next week say that Joss lays into Spencer…. I think she’ll express her concerns about Esme and Trina. I know everyone thinks that at the end of the episode Esme started plotting to get in between Spencer and Trina BUT I think maybe she’ll reach out to Heather and try to bond or something dumb. Remember when she visited Heather she said that she needed ppl to see her differently and Spencer was her way to do that. Healthier basically said she was the only one that cared about her and Ace. So I don’t think this version of Esme would try to do anything to Trina and Spencer. I also think the old Esme wouldn’t be interested in Spencer romantically I think she would want to physically hurt him bc he betrayed her. But this is definitely NOT what I expected when they came back from Greenland. And Portia can kick ricks with opened toed shoes on. Worry about your own marriage lady.

I'm not sure I agree with you on the Esme end part. Honestly I think Spencer telling Esme about Portia was a way to set up Esme working with Portia to break them apart. Portia was using Esme and she didn't realize it or way, but I think now she will put two and two together and they will team up. I'm here for it. I'm ready for Portia to get her comeuppance. It drives me nuts that she's using the girl she hates and then blaming Spencer for bringing her to town. I completely agree with you about when they came back from Greenland. This was nothing like I expected. I also agree with you about Portia. I think many SPRINA fans have really complained about how this couple is being treated and pushing Esme down our throats. She makes me throw up (she drugs folks, blows up cars, locked Sasha in the dressing room while she was with child), filmed a sex tape on Joss & Cameron, and framed Trina. She is super dangerous and she remembers.
What elevates each & ever single Sprina scene is Tabyana & Nicholas. They bring Sprina to life (i.e. every adlib Tab & Nic have done to bring Sprina's love story to life. ) I had high expectatuons for these Sprina scenes & I can't say that my expectations were met. Nonetheless, I love & appreciate what Tab & Nic did with the script they were given in this episode. I'm seeing an attempt to move the story along by these fi-cores but I just need them to throw the outline away at this point. The story & airtime is far too unbalanced & it's reaching a peak of beyond just frustration.
OMFG....Get rid of Esme already, because if they finna set these BS storylines for Spencer and Esme to 'hit the sheets' together, imma have to log off of GH for good. I've said this before to the one who said maybe NAC /SPENCER don't want to do love scenes with TABY/TRINA I don't think that's the case . I can recall 3 hot kissing scenes at art gallery and 2 on the Haunted Star which was fire ! I believe the talented Shannon Peace wrote those scripts ! Now lately the scripts that was given Nac/Spencer he had to comply ! Now if he was given a good romantic script he would have nailed it with Taby / Trina so to speak 😂 stop hating ok not good for your blood pressure !!!

I think the only part I liked was Trina telling Spencer she needs him. I didn't know what to make of this. Are they taking time apart? Are they just keeping the relationship on the down low? And why was Spencer smiling through that whole conversation? I don't know how they could possibly get more low key. Gotta love soaps....
So, our Sprina has to "fake date" for Portia WTH. Are we saying that Spencer can't be seen at the hospital no more? Or are they going to be confined to Spencer's bedroom only? The last we checked Trina is living with Joss, so where is Portia seeing them? Alot of this could've been avoided if Trina just kept things to herself, she tends to overshare too much. And Esme is scheming on breaking up Sprina again nothing strange. Memory loss my a$$. Why after two years are Sprina going through this? If they have to sneak around then the GH writers better, make this hot. The same way that Jex was sneaking around and having sex well they better do the same for Sprina.

I truly hope that’s not where we’ll end up. I’m hoping the scab writers will take the ambiguity out of the writing around this and be explicit. Because Spencer’s character has taken a massive hit since the birth of this child. And if they have him consider romance or sex with her, they may as well write the character off for a while. Bc this chick ruined his life and had a baby with his dad and they already have him looking like a fool, giving up any semblance of normalcy to play baby daddy. And that’s before you consider how it would make him look horrible for betraying Trina with someone who drugged her and tried to send her to jail. I don't know about anyone else but, this "low-key" relationship sounds like a breakup to me. I hate the Esme redemption storyline and how she has victimized all these people and has seemed to get off scott-free with this amnesia. In addition, I so dislike how Trina seems to revert back to a child-like state when it comes to Portia. Two whole years of "will they/won't they," only for Sprina to burn out before any real relationship ever got started. What happened to them "facing whatever comes together?" The way things are going, "family man" Spencer will wind up with "brother's mother" Esme and leave Trina hurt all over again. I'm over it. General Hospital, I'm out✌🏼

Here's what I don't understand about this "low-key" thing. Here you have a couple who has had no romance, no intimacy, no dates yet they've been together 3 months. They've professed their love many many times without saying ILY. Screen time showing there relationship is already non- existent and when they are together it's him supporting Trina at the hospital. I looked back at their scenes since Greenland and all of their scenes are at the damn hospital . I'm still rooting for them but it's confusing cause last week they said they would do things together and now they're on the down low with their relationship that we haven't seen much of so we'll see. So if Spencer is now avoiding Portia, who is always at the hospital, to me the writers are telling us the reason we may not see Sprina for a while because the one place we do see them he won't be anymore. Unless Trina gets a room above Kelly's and that their new spot it
I’m sorry! WTH is Happening? God this storyline, this writing even the chemistry with spencer and Trina is off. Like I’m so over GH! Sprina is slowly dying. We went from hot and heavy on the boat to watching paint dry🙄🙄. Very sad this is what they’re are doing to this couple who could of been a legacy couple on the show!👎🏽 I’m sorry but the mere fact that Esme is walking free while they try to complete mess with Trina is shocking and bothersome. Hate to bring race into this, but the black woman gets charged and dame near lost her livelihood. And the white woman gets to play victim and walk scot-free. I am with you @shanicemath9292. Race is the issue but the race of a leading black woman loving a leading white man. Yes, we have TJ & Molly, he is black, and she is white, but the roles are reversed. Trina is a dark skin sister, it's a no-no to have a white man making love to a dark skin woman. Now I am going back to slavery, the master took the dark skin sisters, and they had no choice. Spencer fell in love with Trina at the Art Gallery, he never met no one like her at boarding school. They were destined to meet and fall in love; color didn't play a part, but their love did. I know many fans have complained and seen something on Soap Hub, that this story with Esme needs to end. I am keeping Hope alive that our complaints will get to the right folks at GH.

However, creating a storyline is one thing, but creating a storyline that’s so unconscionable and unfathomable to certain groups of people is the problem I have with GH. Let’s not forget Esmay drugged a young woman; she drugged a man who ended up dying; she filmed two teenagers sexual acts and posted them; and she’s walking around living in a penthouse. I understand you need to create tension, but at the same time you have to remember that real people are watching this-people who have been through traumas like this-and for them not doing it, Justice is a huge trigger for that certain group of people. In my opinion, it’s sloppy, it’s triggering, and if you don’t know how to tell a certain story, you shouldn’t be writing it because it’s very damaging. Again, this is just my take.

Sasha was married to Brando and pregnant and started having panic attacks and went into labor. Sasha had her baby and later died. We don't what she has done and to whom. I like your take and it is point on. I was triggered last month when Spencer & Trina were looking at that prescription drug Esme got. He called the name of it, and I flipped, this is one of the top drugs in my state that is killing folks of all ages and races. I had a friend who OD'd on it and died. GH dropped the ball with Esme on this and now they are trying to make her mother of the year. What kind of story is this telling young and all folks who are watching? I can do this and get away with it. My state is in the top 5 states in this nation that has a serious drug problem. Thank you for your take. I am 69 years old, and GH can do better. I think the one part of the dialogue I found funny was Trina saying she doesn’t care what people say, but she told Joss she’s been keeping her distance from him because she knows her mom doesn’t like him. Just asking for consistency. Either she doesn’t care because him and her against the world…. Or she’s gives her mom too much power in her life. Please let Trina grow into a confident, young adult.

You could see they were holding hands the whole time they were talking, when they showed them briefly from further away. After he brushed back her hair and briefly caressed her cheek, which was adorable, he quickly took her hand again. I just think there’s a lot off camera that we don’t see, bc the camera people are concentrating more on them and not what’s happening around them as much, which in my opinion adds a lot to how he feels about her.

That's not to say he hasn't done a tremendous job on HIS OWN ACCORD with all that he's been through - Because he HAS, and I commend him for it.

Frank and his gang of writers are purposely destroying Sprina. In the comments people are questioning what they see on screen and it’s simple. We can agree that Trina is one of the most popular characters on the show - but we know Frank has his favorites. This show is willing to destroy one of the best pairings that they have for a White girl. Notice that every episode Spencer and Trina is on…Esme has to appear on the same episode…WHY??? Trina and Spencer haven’t shared a single uninterrupted scene. Meanwhile Spencer and the sexual predator have shard multiple scenes that were uninterrupted- including one that lasted 9 1/2 mins. Yeah I loved that she told him she needed him . Spencer needed to hear that . But what also bothered me was that ultimately her needs were pushed aside and Portia's feelings about her daughters relationship came first. The one person Trina needs the most she has to hide to spare her mother's feelings is just ewww.

1) It appears that the destruction of Sprina is in full mode for the world to see...and it ain't nice
2) TPTB, Frank and Co have apparently chosen to push the young adults Jex to forefront hoping that the enthusiasm for Sprina will wane .......but even though Jex is nice and okay, Sprina has that presence!
3) Sad to say in 2023 we are still in racist terrain or political sabotage or both.......a slap in the face to diversity
4) Why did they build up this couple to just brake them down.......is there a problem from within at present?
5) All the flim- flam in People magazine and soap media articles about supercouple, Luke and Laura vibes etc etc...to what? Having Spencer live with his abuser and his girlfriend's abuser in his grandmother's apartment, when he can more than afford his own property!! Make it make sense!
6) All Esme can talk about is Ace, Ace, Ace as she has him stuck to her hip. She really has outgrown her usefulness where Sprina is concerned........no-one cares about her, her amnesia , her jealousies, her intended villainess. That plot is old and stale! Just move her along somewhere else, preferably where she pays for her crimes!
7) Low-key? The nearest we got to some 'high-key' was Greenland and then back to the revolving door of friends without benefits!!!!
8) GH and its writers have to be warped and sadistic to be doing this to an eager audience..what's the pay-off?
9) The Sprina fanbase are so enthusiastic but we are burning ourselves out saying the same things for months on end ......because we are confused, disillusioned and have difficulty coming to terms with the writing, as well as over eager to fix the storylines with ooh's and aahs and excuses for any crumbs thrown our way. And, no the scab writers ain't going to surprise us!!
10) Friendly hugs and pecks for kisses seem to be the go now...., but with chemistry like that, we need some passion and young love. No first date, no making out, no doves no I love you's .............., but angst upon angst upon angst. Whew, so tiring to my psyche!
11) Using NAC and TABYANA for views is misleading and yet again.... shows the lack of respect for the viewing public.

I liked aspects of this episode for sure. Trina felt a lot more like herself. Don’t love them taking a step
Back bc they’re barely hanging on as is. But this is the story we’re getting, so I just hope the fi-core writers clean up some of the glaring problems within the telling of the story like pov. The pacing was good and the dialogue felt soapy.
I wish they didn’t make Spencer and Esme so buddy-buddy. There’s something for me personally that I find very disturbing about it. Having worked with survivors of sexual assault makes stories like this a bit hard to swallow for me. But I digress…between Esme’s visit with Heather and her talking to herself today, it’s clear old esme is ready to make an appearance. And I’m here for it, if to do nothing else than get this show on the road.
My only concern is how far the show will take this Spencer/esme situation. But that’s up to the writers. Hoping they don’t forget that at his core, Spencer wouldn’t hurt Trina. But we’ll see.

Let’s not forget the lengths she was willing to go to last time. And now we have confirmation from Heather that she tried to kill her adopted parents. So I wouldn’t be surprised if she used a combo of what Spencer’s been telling her plus drugs to set up something…she could set it up to make it look like they slept together and throw the snow globe story in Trina’s face and that would be more than enough to cause chaos.

I think that many people really overlook the fact there was a spoiler a few months ago that we would be seeing a faux love triangle and we are with Trina, Spencer and Esme and Esme is the odd one out here and seriously if the powers that be wanted to redeem Esme then they have had plenty of time to do that but Esme is still in a corner and all Esme has is Ace and she knows that. I also wondered exactly how long are Spencer and Trina planning to keep their relationship low key? I think that Trina will confide in Dex and that will lead to Spencer telling Trina that he loves her. Trina and Spencer are written like an old-school soap opera super couple with an old-school storyline so things will take longer than we might like but I think that Spencer and Trina will marry eventually.

Oh wow, this looks like goodbye to this relationship to me, is this where Spencer stays low key so Nicholas (NAC) goes off on his other gig?......but still this makes me sad and angry at sametime. The perfect relationship that seemed like it was taking off like a storm dropped like bad habit....GH, if you even was gonna break them up, it this could have been done better. On a high note would have given the fans a little hope.........Esme, you dont need Spencer to take the baby to the park or the damn pool. So much to say about this episode!! First of all I, and I know it's an unpopular opinion, loved this episode. That being said here are some of my thoughts:
Was it me or did the dialog seem a little out of character, especially for Trina? Not complaining though, I'm glad she finally told Spencer exactly what she needed, him! I also think that that helped him know that was Portia said was not true about her not being happy.
I know everyone is up in arms about Esme and Spencer, but I think for one he is trying to respect his grandmother's wishes and for two he is trying to get Esme to let her guard down. That eye roll after she agreed to take Ace to the pool should have told everyone everything they needed to know about Spencer's feelings. Also I can't help saying "She's back!!!" at the end. I am actually excited to see the different dynamic this time because Trina and Spencer will fight together.
I'm also not really worried about this "low-key" thing. I actually think that it may be a good thing because they will have to spend more alone time together, which will hopefully also mean uninterrupted time together. I'm also thinking that maybe it will be more intimate, which I'm all here for.
My only real complaint is that things seem to be so disjointed with the time line and story lines seem to have been dropped like a hot potato, e.i. the whole fight at the bar, among other things.
ITA about the "low key" aspect they're going for. The opportunities (if GH do it right) for Sprina to be alone will be something to look forward to. I HATE that Portia did a number on Spencer's insecurities that he is regurgitating what Portia said to him to Trina and Trina not picking up on it 😒🙄She need to find out exactly what her mom is up to. I had a thought about maybe John (as much as I can't stand her) possibly eavesdropping on Portia and Esme talking about Spencer or her eavesdropping on just Portia and running back to tell Trina what's up with her mom, Trina confronts her mom, and cuts her out of her life. I HOPE that scenario come to fruition.
I have a theory…. So clearly Maxie will move into Lulu’s place which means that maybe Trina and Joss can move into Maxie’s apartment. That way, Spencer and Trina can have more alone time away from
Esme and Portia. Joss for sure would give them space. Spoilers for next week say that Joss lays into Spencer…. I think she’ll express her concerns about Esme and Trina.
I know everyone thinks that at the end of the episode Esme started plotting to get in between Spencer and Trina BUT I think maybe she’ll reach out to Heather and try to bond or something dumb. Remember when she visited Heather she said that she needed ppl to see her differently and Spencer was her way to do that. Healthier basically said she was the only one that cared about her and Ace. So I don’t think this version of Esme would try to do anything to Trina and Spencer. I also think the old Esme wouldn’t be interested in Spencer romantically I think she would want to physically hurt him bc he betrayed her.
But this is definitely NOT what I expected when they came back from Greenland. And Portia can kick ricks with opened toed shoes on. Worry about your own marriage lady.

I'm not sure I agree with you on the Esme end part. Honestly I think Spencer telling Esme about Portia was a way to set up Esme working with Portia to break them apart. Portia was using Esme and she didn't realize it or way, but I think now she will put two and two together and they will team up. I'm here for it. I'm ready for Portia to get her comeuppance. It drives me nuts that she's using the girl she hates and then blaming Spencer for bringing her to town.

I think Sprina is too popular for GH to break them up (that’s my hope). But the writers sure are stressing me OOOUUUUTTTT😩.
I think many SPRINA fans have really complained about how this couple is being treated and pushing Esme down our throats. She makes me throw up (she drugs folks, blows up cars, locked Sasha in the dressing room while she was with child), filmed a sex tape on Joss & Cameron, and framed Trina. She is super dangerous and she remembers.
What elevates each & ever single Sprina scene is Tabyana & Nicholas.
They bring Sprina to life (i.e. every adlib Tab & Nic have done to bring Sprina's love story to life. )
I had high expectatuons for these Sprina scenes & I can't say that my expectations were met.
Nonetheless, I love & appreciate what Tab & Nic did with the script they were given in this episode.
I'm seeing an attempt to move the story along by these fi-cores but I just need them to throw the outline away at this point.
The story & airtime is far too unbalanced & it's reaching a peak of beyond just frustration.
They bring a lot to the screen!
OMFG....Get rid of Esme already, because if they finna set these BS storylines for Spencer and Esme to 'hit the sheets' together, imma have to log off of GH for good. The writing, the storylines, the back and forth between Spencer and Trina (mostly backwards) is nauseating and headache inducing. Shits ridiculous 😒

I've said this before to the one who said maybe NAC /SPENCER don't want to do love scenes with TABY/TRINA I don't think that's the case . I can recall 3 hot kissing scenes at art gallery and 2 on the Haunted Star which was fire ! I believe the talented Shannon Peace wrote those scripts ! Now lately the scripts that was given Nac/Spencer he had to comply ! Now if he was given a good romantic script he would have nailed it with Taby / Trina so to speak 😂 stop hating ok not good for your blood pressure !!!

I think the only part I liked was Trina telling Spencer she needs him. I didn't know what to make of this. Are they taking time apart? Are they just keeping the relationship on the down low? And why was Spencer smiling through that whole conversation? I don't know how they could possibly get more low key. Gotta love soaps....
A low key could mean the two disappearing together to some love nest place with no interruptions and not telling a soul.
So, our Sprina has to "fake date" for Portia WTH. Are we saying that Spencer can't be seen at the hospital no more? Or are they going to be confined to Spencer's bedroom only? The last we checked Trina is living with Joss, so where is Portia seeing them? Alot of this could've been avoided if Trina just kept things to herself, she tends to overshare too much. And Esme is scheming on breaking up Sprina again nothing strange. Memory loss my a$$. Why after two years are Sprina going through this? If they have to sneak around then the GH writers better, make this hot. The same way that Jex was sneaking around and having sex well they better do the same for Sprina.
Since Trina is still living with Joss, she should go back to Portia's home, she feels bad for her mom. This does not make sense; is she still mad at Portia or what?

I truly hope that’s not where we’ll end up. I’m hoping the scab writers will take the ambiguity out of the writing around this and be explicit. Because Spencer’s character has taken a massive hit since the birth of this child. And if they have him consider romance or sex with her, they may as well write the character off for a while. I don't know about anyone else but, this "low-key" relationship sounds like a breakup to me. I hate the Esme redemption storyline and how she has victimized all these people and has seemed to get off scott-free with this amnesia. In addition, I so dislike how Trina seems to revert back to a child-like state when it comes to Portia. Two whole years of "will they/won't they," only for Sprina to burn out before any real relationship ever got started. What happened to them "facing whatever comes together?" The way things are going, "family man" Spencer will wind up with "brother's mother" Esme and leave Trina hurt all over again. I'm over it. General Hospital, I'm out✌🏼
Umm, "low key" doesn't mean break up 😒🙄 Did you even hear Spencer and Trina say "I don't think we should see each other again"? No! They CLEARLY said "low key", meaning they have to find a secret spot to be together temporarily until all this Esme/Portia mess blows over.

I do recall Spencer saying that staying away from him would help Portia; Trina agreeing; and him saying that if she needs him, he will be there. That, to me, does not sound like "Baby, let`s meet in the park after dark." How much more low key can their relationship get when they already hardly see each other? Hell no, she never had amnesia, it is a way for her to stay out of jail. She has played everyone. Esme also sees that she wants Spencer back because she sees the love between him & Trina.

My major problems with is episode and boy are they many but i will say a few her
1) spencer talkin to esme not yelling but realyy havin a calm conversation why cant spencer do the same with dex instead of punchin the guy everytime he sees him but spencer ur talkin to esme even smiling with her wtf is that
2) after spencer sayin trina should stay away from him i was like OMG WTH but when trina sayin all the right things about how much spencer means to her i way happy sayin yea she just answered Spencer's question from the hospital about if he makes her happy or not we get trina says he is the one thing that get her through the dy and she misses him alot i was yes trina fianllt said her mind.and she just told spencer she loves him in her own way i was feelin high i was lile ok these scab writers did it right havin trina fight to keep spencer in her life and i was happy to see spencer see that trina geels the same as he doea to her but then everything went to hell with trina agreeing with spencer to stay away from him. What happen to that trina who told portia that spencer was her friend and she doesnt need Portia's permission to keep seein him what happen to that

The pool scene was very hot, and he knows her body very well. At Portia's wedding, he worked that thumb on her middle back.
Here's what I don't understand about this "low-key" thing. Here you have a couple who has had no romance, no intimacy, no dates yet they've been together 3 months. They've professed their love many many times without saying ILY. Screen time showing there relationship is already non- existent and when they are together it's him supporting Trina at the hospital. I looked back at their scenes since Greenland and all of their scenes are at the damn hospital .
I'm still rooting for them but it's confusing cause last week they said they would do things together and now they're on the down low with their relationship that we haven't seen much of so we'll see.
So if Spencer is now avoiding Portia, who is always at the hospital, to me the writers are telling us the reason we may not see Sprina for a while because the one place we do see them he won't be anymore.
Unless Trina gets a room above Kelly's and that their new spot it
Kelly's is great; just hope Carly doesn't renovate it too much to where there isn't a room upstairs 🥴
I’m sorry! WTH is Happening? God this storyline, this writing even the chemistry with spencer and Trina is off. Like I’m so over GH! Sprina is slowly dying. We went from hot and heavy on the boat to watching paint dry🙄🙄. Very sad this is what they’re are doing to this couple who could of been a legacy couple on the show!👎🏽
I’m sorry but the mere fact that Esme is walking free while they try to complete mess with Trina is shocking and bothersome. Hate to bring race into this, but the black woman gets charged and dame near lost her livelihood. And the white woman gets to play victim and walk scot-free. GH can’t honestly think that this is what the fans want to see. It’s quite sad and unfortunate. You want to free Esme to keep her on the show..Fine. But stop trying to to put her in between Spencer and Trina, and or stop trying to put other people in their way. They are grown adults, They’re not teenagers in high school. And that’s how you’re writing them. I am officially off the GH train and no longer holding out hope that they will get their shit together when it comes to Sprina!!
I am with you @shanicemath9292. Race is the issue but the race of a leading black woman loving a leading white man. Yes, we have TJ & Molly, he is black, and she is white, but the roles are reversed. Trina is a dark skin sister, it's a no-no to have a white man making love to a dark skin woman. Now I am going back to slavery, the master took the dark skin sisters, and they had no choice. Spencer fell in love with Trina at the Art Gallery, he never met no one like her at boarding school. They were destined to meet and fall in love; color didn't play a part, but their love did. I know many fans have complained and seen something on Soap Hub, that this story with Esme needs to end. I am keeping Hope alive that our complaints will get to the right folks at GH.

However, creating a storyline is one thing, but creating a storyline that’s so unconscionable and unfathomable to certain groups of people is the problem I have with GH. Let’s not forget Esmay drugged a young woman; she drugged a man who ended up dying; she filmed two teenagers sexual acts and posted them; and she’s walking around living in a penthouse. I understand you need to create tension, but at the same time you have to remember that real people are watching this-people who have been through traumas like this-and for them not doing it, Justice is a huge trigger for that certain group of people. In my opinion, it’s sloppy, it’s triggering, and if you don’t know how to tell a certain story, you shouldn’t be writing it because it’s very damaging. Again, this is just my take.
@@shanMath93 Plus she set Ava's car on fire and left Keke's badge by it. She also thought Trina & Joss was in the dressing room, but it was Sasha & Gladys, she locked the door. Sasha was married to Brando and pregnant and started having panic attacks and went into labor. Sasha had her baby and later died. We don't what she has done and to whom. I like your take and it is point on. I was triggered last month when Spencer & Trina were looking at that prescription drug Esme got. He called the name of it, and I flipped, this is one of the top drugs in my state that is killing folks of all ages and races. I had a friend who OD'd on it and died. GH dropped the ball with Esme on this and now they are trying to make her mother of the year. What kind of story is this telling young and all folks who are watching? I can do this and get away with it. My state is in the top 5 states in this nation that has a serious drug problem. Thank you for your take. I am 69 years old, and GH can do better. I also do not like Sasha being drugged.

He's not going anywhere until the Actor's strike is over which may not be until next year. With the way thinks are going production on the Ryan Murphy show may not even start until NAC's contract is up with GH.
