I don't think soo! Because part 2 topic was in past tense, but he used present simple, it's a big mistake in IELTS speaking. Though his ideas was excellent but he has some grammatical issues

part 1 was great like brand score 7 but part 2 so poor he made huge mistakes ..such as .. irrelevant topic, same word , same structure, gender mistake,
Etc..
otherwise he deserves brand score 7

Kindly maintain regularity, that might help weak students to get rid up from anxiety about certain curiosity that is he able to gain a band of this type or whether his current level is ok or not to gain his desired band.
