90s animes have something special about them. Theyre a little simpler yet more at the same time.

@@hooman9554 True. And still, multiple generations will get to know his work and see the emotional and beatiful world his mind created and we all could enjoy. I hope someday... animators won't get underpayed. But a big part is also the music. For example joe hisaishi did an insane amount of good pieces which is also part of the reason why they got so famous. Older anime i think, tend to have more relaxing pieces and songs. Maybe a bit more time and thought went into those progressions and harmonies.
