Ground floor whole hall/Parking area going 4 ft downwards from road.
Staircase from back side.
First floor shop with front stairs.
On second floor and above. 3 bhk. At least two rooms should be larger. Two rooms with attach bathroom. 1 kitchen with dining area, pooja area, Drawing room. With decent interior.

Front mein jo latak bahar nikaali Hui hai vah lagbhag 8 foot se jyada chaudi dikh rahi hai bina kisi pillar ke itni latak front mein kaise nikalegi

Atleast the Master bedroom should have an attached washroom...that is a disappointment. Design otherwise is nice.
