("planned classes around the show - i.e. i.e. nothing scheduled for late afternoon."). i.e. Show was then on 3-7 p.m. - astonishing how good they all were. Always so intrigued by who Howard hired (even as intern) - cuz you knew they had SOMETHING precious. That only Howard saw - i.e. the uber ambitious Stuttering John.
Too bad the World changed on Howard and The Show. Howard had no choice but to soften everything up. I give Howard credit - because Howard got out just in time. Now all of the celebs want to do Howard's show.

I can agree but I gotta bring up her cancer - perhaps her lifestyle changed due to that and maybe she’s still on some meds and what have you She’s a woman who’s in her mid 60’s that’s a current cancer survivor - it shouldn’t come as a surprise to people that she’s gained weight….. As far as her discipline vs metabolism - ins use theres some truth there; I myself am the same way, if I start to eat bad for a bit I immediately gain weight…. But again, if I were in my mid 60’s as a cancer survivor, I would potentially be less concerned with how I look and would enjoy food within reason as I’d be more focused on appreciating each day more than trying to stay thin

I took a couple sections of Nutritional Training via an RN who specializes in nutrition. Changed the entire way I eat. Changed my entire APPROACH to meals.
Mcgriddle is awsome.. I ask them to use a cracked egg so it's made fresh.. Sometimes I get a spicy chicken patty on a Mcgriddle ..Like having chicken and waffles sandwich..Also another hack is to order 2 cheeseburgers with mac sauce take the bun off the bottom of one of the then put it together and for $2.00 you basically have a big mac less lettuce and sesame seeds.. Tastes like a big mac , you can order a side of lettuce if you need it..Then you ask for a senior drink or coffee for 50 cents more so for $2.50 you get a big mac and a drink..😋🤠👍
Howard bought us into Howard's own world i.e. therapy, nutrition, exercise. Still amazed that Howard would eat a can of tuna for lunch - with maybe an apple. Rubbed off on me in a big way - I was a big sandwich guy in the beginning. "When in doubt/make sandwich."

To give you an idea how unhealthy his diet was, consider this. I’m a 6’2 male, super active (do 12 mile runs on the weekend), can bench 300 lbs and weigh 185 lbs. Just Arties coke can intake, which ends up being about 1,200 calories a day, is half my daily intake of food. Those are just sugar calories which do absolutely nothing for you. I only eat around 2,500 calories Mon-Thurs since I don’t have time for exercise. Wild
Maybe I just had old ones or the workers were just not caring that day but the one and only time I tried them, they were pretty bad. It was over a decade ago, so they might have gotten better but doubt it. I was mega hungover and my gf at the time was driving me to work and mentioned them, saying it would help your stomach. You know, hangover food. So she got me two and I ate them in her car and they were so dry lol, and not much flavor. The orange juice was good but come on. Then when I got to work I immediately ran to restroom and puked them up lol. Maybe it was my hangover but they were so dry with little flavor when I had them.
