I'm doing a master's degree in polyurea. And the hardness is completed after 24 hours. But it should be within 15 minutes. Where am I going wrong?

That is polyurethane who is dry in 24 hours. Polyurea Spray is take only 2 to 5 minutes only

I dont see the need at all for the crack filler part, that is exactly what Polyurea is best at is waterproofing over any surface.. Seems like a wasted effort to fill the cracks first....
