COEP has extra streams as compared to VJTI. Both are actually equally good , if you reside in Mumbai I'll always suggest VJTI otherwise any college is fine of these two.
Spit is better just by a bit. I would say both are good colleges. Jaha better branch mile you can go to that college.General category ke liye thoda mushkil hosaktahai but you can give it a try for extra there.

With 89 percentile it is very difficult to get a good college with high placements. The ones mentioned in the video will be almost impossible to secure admission in. Are you from Maharshatra ? If yes you can go for CET and get a good score there and secure admission in one of the colleges mentioned in the video.
I would say look out for colleges nearby your residence only. Because with 84 percentile you won't get good enough colleges in mumbai. You can even try for institutional rounds like management quota in kj soumaiyya , spit but competition will be very high even for that.
Actually Vidyavihar is a lot better and hence I'll always suggest Vidyavihar as it itself is an University. But let me check this year's placements , compare and get back to you.

I'll always suggest Govt. College. But VIT Vellore is also good. Just check out fees options and check out their placements of previous years which would be available on their respective websites.
Very difficult to get the top colleges. But the competition for mechanical has reduced in the past years so you can definitely try the for colleges mentioned in the video.

I have considered Comuters , IT , ETx and all other branches. And ICT only has chemical related engineering and hence not a part of list. No Doubt it is the best college if you want to pursue Chemical Engineering.
It means you are in top 10% of the people. So go for good colleges mentioned in the video or else if you are very much interested in CS branch then go for some good colleges where placement is better in Mumbai. e.g. Swami vivekananda , RGIT etc..
You will not get big colleges like father, sardar, thakur, dj, swami, vjti, Somaiya, etc not even RAIT, vidyalankar and many more but I don't want to discourage you.

Video clearly states top 5 colleges In which you can get admission through MHT-CET. IIT doesn't give admission through MHT-CET hence its not there in the list.

Generally there is very high competition for diploma to degree in spce , vjti.... definitely the certificate and great percentage would help you a lot. High chances that you get the admission.
Depends on the caste too. Except SPCE and VJTI everything else you can try. Though I would say VJTI and SPCE also you should try if stream doesn't matter much.
