My daughter would like this plant hanger and I purchased the supplies. The finished length is 3.5' and she'd like it to be 5' - how can I make the planter longer? Thank you.
Is there a reason that your videos only use 5mm cord? Is that the typical size? I am just starting out and I'm seeing more 5mm on the more complicated macrame.
Curious- I can’t seem to get a solid answer. I have watched numerous videos and in my youth took classes on macrame. I don’t feel like I have actually designed any but usually a take on a design I see - usually I can’t name a designer, where would I look to find out if I can sell my craft? This particular design I like and can probably make it, but I’m looking for designs I can make and sell.
I personally sell designs I’ve found in a book, Google search, or TH-cam and never had any issues with it. I’m almost positive that most of the tutorial videos are just remakes from what they learned the same way. I also see a lot of the same designs being sold by many different people which backs up my assumption. So you’ll be fine selling designs you found through a tutorial or a class.
