As far as I'm aware, this is the first time I've seen the current Paramount TV logo!

I remember during the 80s when some shows would still have the blue logo while other ones had the then updated 75th anniversary version.
And sometimes the original music can still be heard as well.
I grew up with the blue one and the jingle.
I like the blue one
It's amazing that Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz small production studio Desilu Productions for their show I Love Lucy went on to become one of the biggest and greatest television production studios of all time in Paramount Television (now CBS Television). I never knew that shows like I Love Lucy & Happy Days had a connection growing up. Btw, the Paramount Television logo from 2013-present is from the new Paramount Television studio.
Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz were a very smart and savvy couple when it came to their television empire. It was very, very uncommon for television shows to be filmed for future broadcast, especially in the early 1950s, but this is why all six seasons of I Love Lucy exist. It was as though they knew reruns in syndication would be a thing decades before it started happening.
The Paramount Television logos bring back great memories.

Scared Of Paramount Pictures!
Gulf And Western gave up Paramount in the 90s to Viacom. It became Paramount Production a decade later Viacom also owned MTV,too.
No... actually, G+W changed its name to Paramount Communications during 1989, after having spun off all of their non-entertainment-related assets except for Simon & Schuster.

The Roaring Mountain: Part II
According to the lion roar, it is actually used by MGM. So Paramount did a horrible plaster of the Paramount logo over the MGM Television logo.

There was also a Mission .Impossible theme of the Desilu logo.
That occurred only twice: not just the pilot episode of Mission: Impossible, but also the second broadcast episode of Star Trek ("Charlie X").
