Very good progress on the peco turntable, Micheal. I'm sure Simon will be absolutely chuffed to have a functioning turntable on his model railway. Maybe I can add a turntable to my model railway as a future expansion. It was interesting how you incorporated many colors for weathering, how they do that technique on locomotives is a bit tricky for me, how do they do it? Keep up the good work Michael. Keep your steam up Simon Take care Merry Christmas Kevig
Great job on the turn table, is it manual turn or mechanical and what is the name of the pastels? Merry Christmas from Prince Edward Island in Canada!!
Thanks! It motorised, powered by a separate 12v controller. We will be showing how we did that in the next video. The pastels are called Artist Pastel Soft Pastels (Earthtone Colours) and are made by Royal Langnickel. I think I bought them from Amazon. Thanks for watching.
I've never seen a build and finish of a turntable on TH-cam. This video will prove useful to many.
Thanks! Part 2 (coming soon) will show how we motorised and installed it.
Cool!
Thanks!
Hope all goes well. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Thanks. And the same to you!

We’ve not yet tried weathering any locos, but we will. We will probably start with some older coaches or wagons for practice.
No worries, I would love to see how you do it

Can you supply the code numbers for each of the Vallejo paints you have used
