I am completely amazed I would love to help you test I do have a powerfull pc 3950x with 2080ti. Both my parents are coal miners over in Colorado and I’ve been trying to find a sim for coal mining but the one on steam is nothing like the equipment they use here in the US….at least I’ve never heard of them…and I am happily willing to stream
TBVH none of this is built in how you might define a simulator, there is no interactive game play as this is not the purpose of design. It's not game based albeit adopts the same framework and control that an FPS & P&C style game does. The VSim app itself is a collection of scenes and environments from which to explore the events particular to a specific mine disaster. All of which pertain to the Queensland coal mining industry as MSIA sponsor the project. I am in the process to develop a mining sim but as you know, production and development for a solo indie is a case load of work to do. Thus many of the smaller demos are just that, a demo. With the exception of a few apps like the coal face simulator. VSim serves the purpose of visually explaining these events which we translate from a cluster of documents and schematics from the inquiry report. A lot of the data is not readily understood by the layman so we try to give an understanding to such environments. Cheers A
I saw that you are welcoming test for coal face sim…I would absolutely love to do it, you don’t need to pay me or nothing all I want to do is play/test, etc to make the work load easier for you. I do tend to stream at decent Australian times one the weekends. Please let me know if you have a Discord or how you would like to contact me about how we can do this.
@@COMarine1371 Give me a week or two as we need to add EULA details first just basic stuff to protect our IP as the app is not license protected its just a simple exe. Thnx
Good model a lot of work and effort in this well done amacf
I would love to have a game like this. How much further have you made it working on it?
Haven't had much time to work on it as VSim is priority at the moment sorry
Any update on when it will be publicly released and playable?
These are all sideline developments mate, main focus is on MSIA VSim at the moment. No clear dates for such playables for public release as yet. Sorry
