Amazing Seth for lovers of Mountains 🏔️and the high places this trail and it’s stunning views are food for the soul (your reaction said it all) great to watch Best regards Simon 🤠🙏🏼🏔️
Indeed, you could sing...or wear a bear bell! lol Loving those views...and bear territory for sure down by the river. Poor Otis would be having a fit with all the swinging bridges. You have me jealous with such a fabulous hike, but alas, those days to be able to that much is well behind me...but I can certainly enjoy and appreciate what others share. Amazing stuff!! Bruce and Otis
Yes, it is a fantastic place. Those bridges are definitely a little wobbly - I've learned that they remove them every winter which makes sense. Thanks for watching!
Fantastic hike Seth! Views to die for and such a variety! Loved the wee hostel! Those beds looked comfy after a long day! Really enjoyed that mate with my coffee this morning!,, paulo
Thanks Paul! It was incredible country. Yeah a lot of the people I passed on the trail were heading to the chalet for the night. Definitely looked like a comfy place to spend the night - with incredible views taboot!
Almost unbelievable how nice it looks out there. Awesome video as always. Thanks for sharing. Reminds me of my cruise to Alaska. Seeing the glaciers before they're gone.
Thanks much for watching. Yes, it felt like walking in a painting - it felt unreal. I wish I had a chance to further into the backcountry. Hopefully more trips are in my future!
After visiting this place, I can see why so many people just want to go mobile and explore. Thanks for watching - hope you two are up to some fun adventures.
Haha, yes I was pumped! Just that shuttle up Going to the Sun got me psyched. And this hike definitely awoke a strong desire to get back out west soon!
Those baby goats were too cute! Awesome alpine scenery. Definitely all horse in that 19:00+ section, poop-carpeted trails are an unfortunate fact of life out West
Yeah I encountered the stacked right at the bottom. You can take horses all the way to the chalet, which frankly, doesn’t sound too bad. I came across some horseback riders on my last day in the park.
What a hike. I dream of days of long day hikes, hopefully in the next few months once the kiddo is a bit older. Gunsight is a dream! The goats were incredible. Honestly one of my favorite videos of yours, well edited, everything.
Thank you my friend. It was a fantastic day, so glad I was able to make it happen and big credit to my wife for driving me 40 minutes to get in line for the shuttle at 6 AM. I appreciate your kind words - I was really happy with how this one came out.
Wow, that was some next level stuff man. The views might well have been taken from the Lord of the rings movies :) With critters and all! Hope your phone did ok :)
Yeah thanks, phone made it alright. My own damn fault, it fell out something like 10 times before that point and I was too stubborn to admit it wasn't working. It would have really sucked if it floated away!
Awesome video! Way to turn it into a music video! How would you rate 20 miles there compared to a 20 mile day in The Whites, dificulty wise? I looks like it was easier but I know that it's hard to tell because sections of trail that are hard are hard to film as well.
Oh much easier than the Whites. Long stretches are free of an obstacles - essentially just a dirt path. Additionally they use a lot of switchbacks out there as the trails were originally made for horses so nothing is particularly steep. Would have loved to have done some trail running but the chance of running into bears gave me pause.

Thank you Simon - it was quite a day!

Incredible place!
Stunning video! 👏👏👏👏
Thank you! A friend called it a trip of a lifetime but I hope I have lots more trips like it to come!
Watching this a week before I plan to backpack the trail. Super helpful and entertaining video!
Glad it was helpful. Have a great trip - such a fantastic trail!
Gorgeous scenery! Thanks for sharing!
Hey, thanks for watching! It was a helluva day.
Wow, what a beautiful view of the forest and mountains
Thank you for watching!

Dude, so beautiful! 20mi is so long, too! Don’t think we’re gonna make it that far up this year, so happy to see someone else make it 🙌🏼

You’re like a kid in a candy shop for the first time. You have to take us to more national parks. Great video!

20:42 is my favorite part 😂 Those views are wild!
Yes I was happy he was so friendly. I just set up the GoPro and he did the rest.
Beautiful! Glacier Toad!
Hiding from the Monster Man but I can't blame it!

Great video.! Im doing this hike late next month. What month did you do your hike?
Thanks much! This was from last August.
What time of year was this?
Last August.
Have you ever been there during the months of October or November?
@@raidersfan602 nope, that was much one and only trip out there. I suspect snow becomes an issue then.
