Just purchased my first Induction cooktop. Deciding which cookware set to fo with it has been excruciating! Amazon descriptions all say they're Induction safe. After selecting the prettiest set I could have imagined and falling in love with them, I read the manufacturer instructions indicating it was Not for Induction. Now I gotta figure out what I like and coupled with what I can afford. I'm 43 years old and this is the first cookware set I've ever purchased.
What did you go with, and are you happy? I got an induction stove last yeaer and picked up an "induction ready" cookwear set, I am not happy with it. I havee been looking around at newer, good options, leaning Hexclad, but still searching.
Do not purchase the Cuisinart set mentioned first, I did and regret it. All the pants non stick coating is completely flaking on most of the pans. And no I do not use metal utensils with non stick. Garbage. Didn't even have them a year and they are unusable!
Every chef you see on TV cooks using stainless steel. I also noticed the number one on this video is the stainless steel. They have usually one skillet that is non stick to use for certain things.
I was a cook and you never used heavy PNG always lose light Dan's when you have a lot of food to cook. Heady pins really stink in the home kitchen because that hard to manipulate so none of these suggestions or any damn good.
The All-Clad D5 cookware is a top-quality American choice. While non-stick is preferred for daily use, the sauce pans impress with even heating. Adjusting to stainless for eggs takes effort, but the durability is notable. However, one wobbly pan disappoints, given the premium price.

Hi Demeyere Atlantis is the best for induction. It is heavy. Also look at Demeyere Controlinduc fry pans. That is the best.

How much and where to buy
I'll never understand why content creators play annoying background music while talking?
I agree, very annoying why do they bother, horrible music too.
Why not try having the intro at the same volume as the video.
