It was my belief that the T2 chip prevented you from upgrading storage and that the RAM was soldered on. One of the better unboxing/first impressions I've seen otherwise, great audio capture 👍
yep it does all of that as well 😩but also is where the siri stuff is done for privacy reasons apparently. Thanks for the feedback as well, definitely went all out on audio for this one and I'm glad it showed ;) looks like I'll have to keep it up!
oh right if you're talking about the bit at the end when I was like but you can upgrade them both, I meant like before you buy it you can change the configuration, not after. sorry for confusion
I would say the air is a lil disappointing this year. Imo, if u want a light laptop, get the MacBook, a decent work machine, MacBook pro. Air seats in an awkward place where it's not lighter than the MacBook, and not as powerful as the MacBook pro. That's a weird lineup on Apple's behalf. But anyway, great video as always. And that thumbnail looks moist af 😂. Exited for what's to come on 2019!
very true but I almost feel like that's the point of it, to be a bit more functional and powerful than the MacBook while being more portable that the MacBook pro. but apples lined up is a bit whack right now so who knows 😂😂 thanks a ton Josh! always love to see your comments around here and super grateful for your support! and can't wait to see how your channel fares in 2019 as well!

Pretty much makes or breaks your chances of going to uni. But yeah, I'll keep supporting u untill the channel completely dies off and apple, pls fix your lineup for 2019 :)

Will someone explain to my what scaled resolutions are because it says that the resolution of the computer is 2560x1600 but then in the settings it says "looks like" 800p I'm confused?
ill be honest i have no idea, it might just be that it stays at a high res but the items all scale in or out to look like 800? just a guess really not too sure myself
