Ney Pemaling - The Hidden Paradise

- Pemaling Ney, under Trashi Yangtse Dzongkhag is one of the sacred sites of Guru Rinpoche in country located at an altitude of 4500m.
The eight century tantric master Lopen Pema Jungney had subdued the devils, meditated, blessed and hidden many treasures in different forms.
The sacred sites are located at the source of Kholongchhu. There are many of the sacred spirit lakes (Latsho) including Pel Dechog Khorlo Latsho which is one of the main sources of Kholong Chhu river.
Later many revered masters has visited this sacred sites including Jetsuen Milarepa.
The whole sacred site area falls under the Bumdeling Wildlife Sanctuary in Trashi Yangtse. Chirping of birds, beautiful waterfalls, rich flora and fauna of the place are the what we encounter while on foot👣
How to reach
👣The sacred sites are located at the source of Kholongchhu. So to reach the source, it takes three-days of trekking along the banks of Kholongchhu.
🚘Drive 30 minutes from Trashi Yangtse till Pamadung and start trekking to Pemaling Ney.
Best time to visit
