I was there 2005, 2006 and 2007 and I can say Turkish crowd is crap and the ticket sale was awful. Half empty.

@@bethesna Because I like motogp, and I am watching it for the last 22 years. You don't go there for the crowd you moron, and if you did it would be crap because Turkish crowd was crap. Luckily there were some people from all over the World that genuinely like MotoGP. Turks came there on picnic. They thought that "açık alan" meant they would be sitting in a a park. I saw one family brought a barbecue.

It’s changed quite a bit but it’s been Repsil Honda so it’s not supposed to change much.

He`d be beaten by Simoncelli and Marquez. He was never a hard racer, just a very fast rider who won when all the odds were in his favor. Just like Lorenzo.
It's pretty sad, I never was a fan of his but only a fool would not recognize his talent. Like a lot people said, he got demoralized by the exposure that a Moto GP rider gets and he couldn't cope being in the public eye, it's such a waste, that dude knew how to ride a motorcycle.
Stoner is a little b*tch. Quit motogp because he couldn't handle the politics involved. To be a true champ you need to be well rounded, on AND off the track.

what a race what a season Casey was so closer to a stunning upset on his LCR Honda which didn't have the support of the other Honda teams Repsol and Fortuna Gresini tire wise he had to ride with what was left in the Michelin truck also he was supposed to move up with the Pons team for this season but they had to withdraw because their title sponsor Camel defected to Yamaha and couldn't be replaced so that's why he graduated to the premier class with LCR who he was with in 250s the previous year.

I think back in 2006 at Estoril the always smiling Nicky Hayden would have punched you and Pedrosa.
No his tires were finished at that point. He should have backed off. Thats what Hayden did and won the championship. Pedrosa could be the one winning as he was normally faster than Hayden

If you watch carefully, Rossi and Elias recovered around 4 seconds to Hyden in the last 2 laps, who probably suffered some problems in the end of the race.
Pedrosa crashed in last lap.
Let's put it on this way.
Considering 1 extra lap and Pedrosa no crash.
1. Melandri
2. Stoner
3. Pedrosa
4. Rossi
5. Elias
6. Hyden
Rossi would recover 6 points and become world champion at the end of the season.
You can find 5-6 unlucky races like this one against Rossi, a nightmare 2006 season for him.

The worst Yamaha factory rider, Ducati factory rider and Aprilia factory rider in history.
@@chamindujanith6337pretty big BS if you ask me. His rookie season with Yamaha wasn't bad, considering he suffered lots of injuries. That Ducati was a tractor unless you were named Casey Stoner, and with Aprilia he was old. In the middle of this, he was the best Honda rider in 2005, a championship contender in 2006 and a top rider in 2007, and he accomplished incredible things with a bike that wasn't even supposed to race in 2009
