No you should be able to just connect your convertkit and have it pull the email field.

Yes it will store when you collect it as described here. The only way to export it though is either manually after the fact or via an integration like zapier or Convertkit at the time of collecting.
There is no bulk export after the fact

Hey Clark! Just subscribed to ur channel!!! We’re musicians, any advice on how we would use manychat and an email service (if you can recommend one that has these capabilities) to have a user put in an email and then get directed to a free download to our song? And then how would that work if the user has already given us their email address and we offer a new different download for email again? Love your advice or thoughts!

Thank you for the good video. When I set up Manichat, I set it up so that only the users who followed can download the material to the DM. (After checking the status of the follow in the condition setting, I send a download message to the following user, and set the DM to the customer who did not follow only when I follow it.) As a result, 15 automatic DMs are sent to users who do not follow. Is there any way to let the DM go only once?
I’ve never had this issue, I don’t set it up to check the follow first. I’d message their support it’s always been super helpful
I’m new the many chat and found myself in the you tube rabbit hole! I’ve gotten the basics down and started but I have a lot of messages and can’t keep up. I also want to not lose out on leads. I’ve never done an email funnel but my head is spinning with all the directions to take things. Is there qualified people I can just pay to do what I want 😅 I need to figure out the best way to “follow up” with the hundreds of leads I get

great video i am having a problem setting the flow to live . i also get a error message mark message as "comment Reply" any idea how to fix that?
You should be able to just change it from “anytime in first 24 hours” to comment reply. If it won’t let you do that it’s because in your first message you need some sort of action (like clicking a button) that means they want to continue forward.
How does this email collection and delivery system relate to email marketing? 🤔 Do you send them emails once their address is collected? Or do you keep your interactions within IG only?
Once you collect the address you can move over to your ESP, confirm the address and then start sending emails

News IG automation stay as "off", i can't enable. A mensage appears saying that i can only activate if i am PRO
what about the DM limit set by Instagram? will it not be a conflict?
This is IG approved and people have to opt in to receiving it by commenting on your post or doing some sort of trigger action. I've had videos with over 11,000 comments and not seen an issue with the sending of DMs.

Hello!! How do we send follow up message if person didnt respond? When I put next action it sends message right away(not if I put delay before next action)...
So my question is, how does manychat see if person didnt respond?
You need to add a smart delay
Can we send cold DMs in bulk to our followers? Or do they have to trigger the DM automation by messaging us first
Trigger dm automation but they do have a “broadcast” feature now that does what you describe for people who opt in

Yes but they would only get DMs from the main posting person of the collab.

I have the fb chat plug in and i want to know if it will allow the bot to integrate in the bubble.
What’s your suggestion if you sent a link to dm and they can’t open it ? Is is because they’re account not public
They either are private, or they don’t allow people who they don’t follow to DM.
@@theclarkgary can we set up a trigger to follow up with non response dm ..or when they don’t open the first dm message
You can using a smart delay. Make sure it’s within the 24 hour window they triggered the automation though. Otherwise is against Meta policies

wonder why manychat hasn't taken off. is it pretty much the same thing as botpress, flowise?
Manychat is mainly IG & Facebook. I know it’s big in the short form creator community, especially the last 3ish months.
It's showing that I have already linked my FB account with manychat but what's next? The next option is not coming ...it's still showing "A few steps left to connect your Instagram" 😢
