It's a Sony HDR AZ1, which comes with the "Live View Remote". This is actually a remote control, screen, and GPS tracker, so it records along the way and stores GPS data as .log files.
Now, the HUD was created in Dashware, a video editing software for overlaying telemetric data on videos...
