    Is this how it’s done:
    1. Paycheck goes into checking account.
    2. Transfer paycheck amount to LOC.
    3. Pay credit cards by transferring payment funds back to checking account so the money is there when the lender receives credit card payment.
    ???

Omg best clear exolantion on the net!! Thank you. ❤
I wish to buy a house soon.
Seems like PLOC is better than HELOC since PLOC has no lean on the house. Am I right??

Question for you: Person A has a student loan that does not accept CC payments, only debit (checking). Person A has a $11,5k PLOC. How can this person do velocity banking? Person can move income into PLOC but the student loan has to come out of checking not to mention the monthly expenses are drawn from checking. Person A also has multiple zero balance CC with great benefits yet can’t use them to do velocity banking concept due to student loan provider not accepting CC payments. Person A doesn’t want to put expenses on CC if that CC can’t be the LOC for velocity banking. 🤔

How often are you making a payment to the mortgage from the line of credit?

Is an OLOC (overdraft line of credit) the same thing? We went to our credit union and asked for a PLOC and they said they only offer OLOC. It is only for $5000, interest is 13% and it is revolvong. It's also attached to our checking account. There are no extra fees involved with using the money either.
