    Each 86.165 mg lubricated pellets contains 20 mg esomeprazole equivalent to 22.3 mg esomeprazole magnesium tri hydrate.
    Can u please help how to calculate sample weight.

    Sir If we have main analyte which is showing 99.0%area after integration and having some by products having 0.2, 0.1 and 0.2 area %.
    Then for purity correction we need to minus by products either from 100% value or from 99.0% value.
    99.0 - (0.2+0.1+0.2) = 98.5
    100 - (0.2+0.1+0.2) = 99.5
    Which one is correct,

      There must be some other impurities peak apart from these peaks. Purity+impurities must be 100%
