The loud talking, the constant loud banging, tossing/dropping bottles, etc is not ASMR. ASMR is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus. Whispering, talking soft, squeezing sponges, pouring out bottles of liquid. I'm sorry for venting 🤣🤣🤣 I just wanna say I appreciate the way you do it.
