@@GaryLamWingChunKungFu I watched some of the videos and the way he teaches is really great. But he doesn't seem to be fit like some other masters (Tu Tengau, Michael Wong, Andrew Cheung, Wong Nim Yi, Whang Zhi Peng etc), and he's not that old yet in order to say eg that Yip Man wasn't fit either (he was in his prime). I think that those masters need to take better care of their own image, only then people like Xu wont be able to make them look bad.
Really good explanation!! I'm a Jeet Kune Do practitioner and fighter, and the centerline is something I train all the time because you need to be able to protect it when faced with a good boxer because they love to throw the jab and if you can't guard your center, a boxer will take advantage of that with his jab and 1,2. But you also need to be able to get to his center and get around if he puts up a double high guard.
Sifu , u need to open a online school for all the people around the world for learn ur wing chun sistem , im follow you since 2010 im practicioner from latino america
I learned some Wing Chun from a student who visited Sifu Gary Lams studio and I promise you there is NOTHING compared to personal 1 on 1. I'm still trying to save up for a visit there to myself to train. the Gary Lam system is amazing. I've seen many other Wing Chun systems and I'm hooked on Sifu Gary Lam's system as he adds unique understandings and concepts you don't see in others. Get there it's worth it.
@@365wingchunkungfu3 Thank you for your kind words. Sifu Lam's system is one of the most comprehensive fighting systems out there. We look forward to seeing you.
I have learned wing chun and wing Tsun from so many masters and grandmasters and I will still rate Sifu Gary Lam as No 1. never met him - but what He is teaching shows a very high level of understanding.
Indeed you could learn wing chun for 15 years and still be a beginner. You need a good system and an excellent teacher to help bring all the concepts together.

Gary sir , we are waiting for your treasure video ASAP😄
We're looking forward to sharing it with you.
@@GaryLamWingChunKungFu - what is the "treasure video" tommytsetse is referring to?
@@gwailotus9154 He was describing the videos in general, like they're all "treasures".
When does this theory get pressure-tested to see if it actually works with an uncooperative opponent?
It's not a theory. Just like raising your hands to protect your face isn't a theory.
How can I learn WSL wing chun ?is there any online course?
No. You have to study under one of four instructors. But the only who knows the whole system is Sifu Lam.
thank you dear sifu, I'm from Iran and I can't meet you
