So this man has weathered the storm and deserves to go out with some dignity. This year got away from us. This fan base run good coaches away that on our staff currently and then become successful somewhere else with supporting fans. We should be just focused on this development of our QB and make sure we don’t have the next head coach on staff. EB or Katzor is the only logical choice at the moment.
He’s earned whatever criticism he receives. The game has just totally passed him by. He’s a fossil. If he wants our respect, he should resign before they can his ass. He didn’t “give” us Howell. He got lucky. He didn’t believe in Howell. If he did he wouldn’t have let him fall to the 5th round. He didn’t even want to give Howell a chance but Heinicke insisted. He had his five years to “change the culture” and all it’s done is show his players what a clueless leader he really is. Cam Newton won in spite of this dude, not because of him.
He knew what he was getting into when Dan Snyder hired him as a coach & general manager of this team. Everyone in the league knew Snyder had issues, but he agreed & took the money. I don't feel sorry for him. I think some fans give him a pass because of his cancer situation, which was terrible & I don't wish that type of sickness on anyone. However, he overcame he illness & he had a job to do, which he has failed not only as a coach but personnel wise also. It's time for change, at this day & age, you don't get 4 plus years to right the ship & fail over & over again.

Brock Purdy was picked last in draft to be their starter in San Francisco or was that luck? But Kyle gets all the credit but not here with this fan base. He did change the toxic culture here. Changing things now ain’t going to make no difference unless EB is going to get the nod but that puts EB in a bad position to be honest.
