I think the prison POI is actually The Raft, the prison that housed many of Spider-Man's greatest enemies like Doc Ock, Venom, Electro, Scorpion, Carnage, Vulture and Sandman

Dr.Doom is most likely the tier 100 skin as he’s the main big bad, the secret skin might be somebody in the trailer or somebody we don’t know about yet

To be fair the pass looks fine outside of Gwenpool and Shuri.
They could have picked much better Marvel characters for those two spots. Characters like Nightcrawler, Forge, Misty Knight, Elsa Bloodstone, Whiplash, Doc Ock, Bullseye, Nova, etc.

I am really hoping the skins have built in emotes like with the original season. That original marvel season was amazing because the heroes felt like more than their skins.
