Thank you. Best video and information I have ever seen on meningiomas . Mine was completely removed several years ago. So far no return, or new ones. Thanks to an excellent surgeon and the Good Lord. Have had relatives on husbands side of family who have not been so blessed. Happy to hear about the new breakthroughs in treatments.
Very interesting presentation. I have a meningioma at the base of my skull but I live in the UK. I am yet to find out how they want to treat my tumour which may be different from the US
@ “it’s all an illusions”comment below- it’s possible the presenter has a neuro problem you know! Unfair to comment especially in this context. I found this webinar extremely useful helping me understand more about my meningioma.
I contacted this place very invasive, I was thinking about this I don't think they are even real,it's unbelievable that people would go to this extreme for money
i have a 2.1cm frontal meningioma and is not cancerous. I see the neuro next week. Mainly my memory is effected and hearing and balance. I had Mri first and ct yesterday. This doesn't seem lags-any opinion
I’m a RN and this interesting since I have one ....and I can’t get rid of the dizziness and headaches ,,I went to the dr and he sent me ASAP for a ct ..i have never had headaches or dizziness before ,,it came on suddenly ...I have to call Tommrow for a neurologist appt ,,my menigioma is small but causing a lot of trouble
I have a frontal menigioma..I was just dx last week it’s still small a little over one centimeter..but I’m very dizzy all the time with headaches ,,,that’s what brought me to the dr ,,I cannot get rid of the dizziness or headaches ,,now my balance is off ..I also had calcification around the menigioma and I feel horrible
hi my name is Steve Vargas i had a minigioma tumor on my right side removed size of a golf ball yeah crazy now im feeling un balanced when i walk and talk... speech problems has anyone had these symptoms or kind of similar.. Drs, friends please help me out i need answers please if u read this help me out thank you or if u know someone thanks
I did meningiyoma operation in 2012 but still often getting headache. MRI plain and contrast is clear but my headache killing me like anything.... What is the recovery for this
Excellent presentation from the Doctor but very poor ABTA introductory/Q&A speaker. Her um’s and awkward speech as a ABTA representative were not professional and very hard to endure!
That woman that is speaking!!! She keeps saying Perfect. I do not like that word. Sounds like she is cherry picking the questions. Just ask the questions that were asked. Perfect.

I read elsewhere that the meningioma arises from the arachnoid rather than the dura mater of the meninges.

the meningiomas grow from the leptomeningeal cells attached to the dura....
Headache is right ,that’s why I went to the dr ,,and I had dizziness ,,,it came on suddenly..my menigioma is all calcium and all around it is calcium
