    For the first time in my life I’m not worrying what other people are doing, I’m focusing on my own self and making changes within me. Since I’ve been doing this I’ve found a lot of peace. I am a very centered person now.

    That last statement, "If we don't do it, it doesn't get done" is quite profound. It's our task to open our hearts and to pay attention and we reap the benefits when we continue to show up and notice.
