Heads Up everyone: I pulled a Minor Dark Power and then immediately forgot it was there. Whoops! It ultimately doesn't effect the outcome of the game, I don't think, because I did enough roll-over damage to have removed it from play. But I wanted to call it out here so people know I'm aware of the mistake. Just wish I had been more aware during playing *face palm*
Having played FG, it is near impossible to keep track of everything. Thanks for the play-through, wasn't sure about this one, but you make it seem worth it. *adds to wishlist*
I think the only rule mistake you made that influenced the game a bit is that you for some reason assumed victims panicked out of the rec room only on a roll of 6, while it's 4-6, which created sort of a prison for the potential organisms. But apart from that, it was a great playthrough!
Great Playthrough. Luck was definitely on your side. I got really unlucky with my first attempt at this scenario and got all thee exposed victims assimilated and got slaughtered! Just FYI, exposed victims would have panicked out of the Rec Room several times as it was supposed to be 4-6 not just 6 to leave. Also (for this location only) you do not actually have to be in the exit location with the helicopter to rescue victims. It says you can send them into the helicopter to be rescued as a free action even if they are in the exit space alone without you. It seems you also completely forgot about the extra health on the Dark Power card, but that would have only meant that the first health you took from it with the flare gun would have taken out the Dark Power and he would have just healed back to his full health earlier, so it's a wash.
Great playthrough. I always enjoy your Final Girl playthroughs! You forgot about the Minor Dark Power, but that would have been eliminated and the Organism healed back fully anyway. Also, the dog bite at the end would have been healed back due to the bloodlust, but again, since you did 3 damage with the last attack, that is mute point. Great job. Very exciting game. Glad you finally had some good luck with your rolls!
I realized RIGHT after the stream that I'd forgotten about the Minor Dark Power. I meant to put a note into the upload and then forgot that too! Seems like I have a mental block against Minor Dark Powers.
At the 1:44.25 mark, when the Organism moves into the hallway with you wouldn't the dog deal 1 damage? Although it is a moot point as the Organism healed shortly thereafter (so your retcon after realizing that you had missed it shouldn't have dealt a hit).
Only thing I noticed was the very end the dog damage shouldn’t have been counted as the organism would have healed from the bloodlust track after that damage went through, so you probably had one more turn to play.. but you’re never ever going to catch everything in this game. Very enjoyable playthrough though, I just wish I’d rolled that many double successes in my time 😂
Is the Supply Closet directly connected to the Hallway? From the board it picture, it looks like you would have to go through the room directly to the Right of the Supply Closet, and then enter the Supply Closet. I am not sure though?
The shaky cam makes me think it's Earthquake at Station 2891 🙂 (Actually, I'm super interested in this playthrough. I didn't back Season 2. Want to see if it's worth buying them now at my FLGS)
Loved the Cheer Up Charlie frostbite remix. My littles love willy wonka but we fast forward thru that song because it makes them want to cry. Im very excited to try Into the Void and The organism, much more my speed than the slasher feature films. Hope to see Terror from the Grave vignette next. Really enjoy your Final Girl playthrus Paula.
Paula beat me to the playthrough of The Organism. I'm planning on doing my playthrough later this week if all goes to plan. I feel like The Organism is quite possibly the most unique killer of all. And I love the dogs at the Station!
2 Questions for ya Ms. Paula: 1) Where can I buy a copy of your character for this game? 2) Would you be willing to sign it for me if I mailed it to you?
@@PaulaDeming They're officially called "series" (I guess because they're supposed to be movies, not TV seasons), but I find "season" to be a more satisfying word and I also call them that all the time.
@@PaulaDeming In the UK, a series is both the show itself and each run of the show. We don't have seasonal programming, so we don't use season. In North America, a series is the show itself, and a season is a run of the show... season 1, season 2, etc... as North America has seasonal programming.
Ciao Paula ! Il gioco mi attira molto !! Vorrei acquistarlo,ma ti chiedo che differenze ci sono tra la prima e la seconda stagione? Grazie ti auguro salute è felicità!

The rec. room says rolling 4-6 they leave the room. The 6 is for moving from the hallway into the rec. room. Looks like a fun final girl box though!

This scenario is my favorite. Just hoped the dog came with a token to represent it as an ally on the board.
Which is your favourite box?
I got the Aliens one for the theme without giving any thought for the actual gameplay!

There was FINAL BOY in The Thing :P
There were two... or none.

Paula's Minor Dark Power changed her outfit from the lacy thumbnail to the black sleeveless t-shirt.
I love your Final girl playthroughs. Congrats!

yeah, my overhead is always wobbling. It's so annoying, I gotta figure out a better way to stabilize it
Oooof glad I found this- setting up for the first time and it is a little confusing!
I'm glad this was helpful!

Can't wait for the season 2 to be released in France. This one and the Alien ones will be a day 1 purchase for me.
Hi, I have a question, how does the radio works? Could you lets say move a victim without being with them?
Love Paula. Always fun

Don't worry. My rowing boat is on the way. Very Good Game Play.
Hey Paula! I thought it was named Series 2?
Love your channel!
Series/Season are interchangeable imo so we can both be right ;)
Glad you're enjoying the channel!

Assimilated... will their culture adapt to service us... is resistance futile?
