I'm extremely biased towards Amphoreus, my score after completing the story for this patch is 9.5/10. The aesthetic and music is my favourite of all the planets/worlds we've been to so far. I love the greek mythos so that gives it and edge, The Elysian Realm story arc from Honkai Impact 3rd is one of the best arcs of all hoyo games which the chrysos heirs takes inspiration from.
agree with you ! the story telling is a lackluster for someone who doesn't play Visual Novel game style like Hi3 and FGO, but if you read the story, the world building, the each important of each characters are far better than Penacony arc, though I also kinda agree they need to polish up more of the cut scene and more animation for some scenes.

I think the "Mother" comment is related to March, Oronyx literally says "Mother encountered you". Then in your memory when Fuli gazes upon you, Oronyx calles Fuli "Sky Father". If March is related to the rememberance and Fuli, is she symbolically seen as some sort of "Mother" via Fuli. This confirms it since shes in Ice at the end and everytime memories are seen its covered in an ice border.
The Amphoreus story is going to be one hell of a ride if part 1 is already about 10 hours long. And the devs said in the special program that the story will last for a year
For the record, I also passed the exam and chose to stay, so I didn't get any of the secret stuff, cause I wanted to run the story as intended. Took me 18 hours to complete.

Aglaea didn’t trust us which is probably why she seems so indirect. I like her character, she’s cunning but not stupid. Trailblazer did break their promise by leaking super important information, so in her eyes we’d seem like a threat. Only seemed weird bc we were the trailblazer and knew we were a good person

I dont think they need to buff him - the VAs have E6 of their characters, which definitely makes a difference.
